WINDOW BROKER

Let me warn you not to call or rely on this company. I called them for an estimate. Window Broker never called me to confirm the appt (like other companies did). I took a half day off from work and drove all the way home to meet this guy. Well, after waiting 45 mins past the appointment time, I called the home office to complain. They told me they didn't know where he was but would call and check. 5 mins later, they called me back to say the salesperson "just called" to say his car broke down and he was sitting on the freeway waiting for a tow. What a coincidence! He never bothers to call me to let me know and then waits 45 mins after the appt started to call his home office? My guess is that he forgot about the appt and made up an excuse when I called. Very unprofessional. Stay away.
