 + 0 moreThey have the ability to maintain typewriters, I have an old typewriter and they can service it and maintain it. They would still will fix typewriters there. They can also fix printers, laptops, and desktop computers.

 + 0 moreI was very satisfied. I'm only sorry that the place is not closer to me. Fremont is about 20 miles from me.
Description of Work: I accidently used the wrong kind of transparency in my copy machine and it melted onto the fuser element. I took the copier to this place up in Fremont and the nice fellow who runs the business said it would be about $350 to fix it. A new fuser had to be ordered and installed. I felt it was worth it because I use it all the time in my classroom. It was fixed a week later and I haven't had any problems since.

Description of Work: Gary at Tri-City saved my data from a crashed hard drive. Recovered everything I needed, overcame all of my many technical and practical obstacles with ease and over-the-top customer service, installed new hardware and helpful programs for spyware, performance optimization and security, and did it all in a few days!
