Tim came by immediately to look at the job and worked with me to come up with a creative solution to the problem, which was mainly an annoying drip noise during rain. The work was completed fast and everything looks great. I will definitely be asking Tim to come back and do some or my downspouts later. Very good attitude and rapport as well.
Description of Work: Downspout replacement for leaky, noisy (drip) downspouts in two locations.

+ -1 moreTim called back to my message and we conferred on the work to be performed. He did a site visit to provide diagnosis and quote for the work to be done. In short, downspout replacement, primer and paint to blend with the exterior decor. He was in contact, arranged date for allowing the work to be completed. A small job but am glad to have his workmanship.
Description of Work: Downspout cracks and leaks through several seasons was an annoyance with the constant drip drip from the seasonal rains. The downspout is in the upper roof area with a straight drain to the ground level.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the way this very small job was handled. Tim called to schedule the estimate visit, he gave me a firm price and we scheduled the work. He called ahead to remind me he would be on site the next day. He arrived on schedule and completed the job with excellent skill.
Description of Work: One downspout had to be fabricated for my two story house, and installed, after the original was blown off by high wind. Tim also checked and fixed, as needed, the other downspouts to make sure they were properly anchored.
