 + -1 moreI called them Monday to schedule an appointment. Bryan was little impatient on the line. I gave him my name and address of the unit and scheduled the appointment for Thursday between 10-noon. I told him this is a rental property. He said usually they would have the tenant call in. I asked him him if he would like me to have the tenant call in. He said just to let him know if it the appointment time doesn't workout for the tenant. I had already checked with the tenant and told Brian there is usually someone home. Thursday come by and no one showed up. When i called to find out they said there was no appointment on their calendar and then they found my paperwork and said they were waiting for the tenant to call and schedule an appointment. I was frustrated with them but decided to give them a second chance. I asked if they were going to make up for the mistake. They denied it was a mistake on their end and said they couldn't do anything to makeup besides reschedule. I had the tenant call and reschedule with them for the following Thursday. Following Thursday came and went. I followed up with the tenants and they said no one had come by. I called the business and here is the conversation (Business): no one was home. (Customer): didn't you try calling the ph#? (Business) we don't usually call. (Customer) I am thinking why do you take the ph# if you are not going to call in case needed. (Customer): what unit did they go to? I request Greg to speak to Brian. (Business): After fumbling over words they said the ##### number that i provided. (Customer) Well it has four units which unit did u go to? (Business) The one in the front that said the ##### number on it. (customer) well that wasn't the right unit. It's a four unit complex and that wasn't the right one. When i had initially called to request service i told Brian that this is multi story unit. Brian and Greg need be honest. Business is not done with Dishonesty. I won't be going business with them. I don't recommend them. They didn't make a single good impression.

Description of Work: I am a landlord who had to hire this company over the phone to do some work on one of our rentals. I have worked with them in the past when I was living in Fremont. They are old school Fremontonians and they are great to work with. Very professional, honest and timely. I would highly recommend them should you be looking for a screen company in your area.
