Description of Work: The technician diagnosed the reason the heater would not come on and checked the heat exchanger for problems. The technician gave us a price to replace the electronic control board which was 2.5 times the price we paid to have another company do the same thing. He also told us the heat exchanger was bad and needed replacing or the entire heater should be replaced at about the same cost. Another HVAC company subsequently examined the heat exchanger and found no reason to replace it.

Description of Work: Interviewed 10 companies trying to find what was best for my home. Most didn't explain anything or make any suggestion. Only gave a price. Some didn't even know about the tax credit. Went to diamond certified and found temp perfection. When Dennis came out to give estimate he explained everything made great suggestions and why they would benefit me. He spent almost three hours making sure I understood everything he was recommending. The day before installation of high efficiency heater and a/c the lead installer called and wanted to inspect the attic to make sure they would have all proper equipment with them. Found the duct work was leakingm and collapsed in many areas so they replaced the ducts at a discounted priced. Whole job was done in 1 day. Excellent company, great follow up and very professional. Would highly recommend.
