I recently had a paver stone patio installed in my backyard. I am glad I went with System Pavers to do the install. Javier Rodriguez and his crew are the best! As a project manager, Javier handles multiple installs. Regardless of his busy schedule, Javier made sure to be at my backyard every morning to oversee the project and talk to his crew. He would also be there at the end of the day to look at the progress and ensure there weren't any issues during the installation. Javier communicated daily with me and provided a status. In addition, if I had any questions or concerns, Javier was just a phone call away. Javier's crew were just as hardworking. They worked hard to complete the project ahead of schedule. You can imagine the mess when a patio is being installed, from the ground being dug up to the dust created from cutting the paver stones to size. However, at the end of the installation, these guys cleaned up the backyard very well! I would definitely recommend Javier Rodriguez and his crew at System Pavers to anyone who would want a makeover of their home.

I am very pleased with my project, everyone who worked on my project especially my project manager Javier were detailed oriented, efficient and professional. My small backyard area has been turned into an amazing outdoor entertainment area, my family and I spend many hours outside enjoying our new beautiful space. Javier was very attentive, he visited daily and always communicated next steps of the project. Great job System Pavers!

Dave and Lester were amazing and made sure that we were happy all the way through the construction. Immediately we loved the design and were happy to wait till the rains stopped to start construction. There was never pressure from anyone to start and were happy to discuss changes mid stream. My wife and I can't be any happier with the result. We had a terrible experience in our bathroom remodel and were fearful of working with a construction team again but these guys provided amazing service. They took the time to do their own punchlist finding issues and replacing it prior to us bringing it up. We will definitely be working with them again very soon!

Angie's list proposed me System Pavers. A person contacted me the same day, asked me details about the work and indicated I should expect a call from a sales person before the end of the week. That call never came. The following week I called them, and was told that "the owners were in a meeting" and would be called back. That never happened either. However, since then I'm receiving email spam from System Pavers. I replied to one asking to be contacted, that never happened.

It went very very well. Rocky sold it. Javier set it all up & put the plan in motion. He came by multiple times while the project was under way & even a few times after. The Raul Blanco super crew of 5 boys & 4 girls prepared the track; lent strength and persistence to get the job done. And finally the creation of the path was left to two brothers Jose & Daniel. Daniel supported Jose who was the real craftsman behind the path. Jose methodically cut & placed each stone until it was perfectly set, & gave it the optimum. They even inserted our own paver that we requested, making it even more unique. Our path looks fantastic; it gives the backyard depth, texture, & a richness it had never seen before. Jose bought it to life with precision. We know that our project turned out to be longer & was maybe even harder than expected, but it looks fabulous and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. Review For May 30th, 2017: THANK YOU Sys. Pavers for transforming my 1976 yard to look far beyond what I ever expected … It’s been 40yrs & re-designing both the front & backyard has been on my bucket list for a Long Time! With a good size front yard, & a huge backyard, it was important selecting someone that would do quality work, stand behind their products, & be willing to work within my budget. I had several companies in mind, & decided on System Pavers mainly for their outstanding warranty on their products, workmanship (Diamond Certified!), professional assistance in design, and help make affordable choices to fit my budget. Plus, I had no clue where to even start as far as landscape design, and Sys. Pavers offer free consultation with a designer. My full re-landscape included beautiful designed Pavers, Roman Stone, & Turf for both my front-yard & backyard. From start to finish, my experience proved I made the right choice. I’m not saying there were no wrinkles or dissatisfaction during the process, because there were. With a project as big as mine, I expected some wrinkles, but with team effort with my designer & project Mgr., all issues were taken care of, and they proved that System Pavers does want you to be 100% satisfied … every effort was made to make sure all my expectations were met. I was so fortunate their top senior-designer (Kim Bradley) was assigned to my project. First impressions often can make a difference with the company you select. In my case, the 1st person was my designer (Kim), and the impression she gave reflected that of a company I would not regret doing business with. She was amazing to work with & a wealth of knowledge in her field of design, and so knowledgeable with Sys. Paver products. She was like everything all in one pkg.! (Easy to work with, perfectionist, gifted talent for design, and listened to my needs to help make the right choices within my budget). During the whole process she kept in touch & followed up continually making sure each phase was going smoothly … Kim was always on top of it making sure all completed work would not deter from what her & I had expected stemming from quality, as well as her beautiful designed plan. She also invited me to Sys. Pavers beautiful show room in Union City … It was so helpful to visually see some of the products & ideas before making my decisions. My assigned Project Mgr. was Richard Telly - I am SO grateful for all his hard work and efforts to bring Kim’s design to reality. Richard also helped implement some additional enhancements. It’s often hard to know what could help make a design look even nicer until you reach a certain point of installation. His expertise & suggestions help create additional warmth & beauty to Kim’s design. I’m so pleased with him adding beautiful lighting (front & backyard), a drain system (to help keep my pavers looking great without rain-water stains), widening my existing patio area, widening a smaller walkway, removing steps & making my front-yard walkway with a curved design leading to the front porch (creating a very lovely and inviting look), and he was so kind to do a no-charge addition of adding mow-strip trim along the turf areas - something that seems so simple, but it sure brought a real classy look to both my front & backyard turf areas! Family & friends agree his additions was well worth the additional cost, which by the way, Richard helped make it affordable within my budget - Thx so much Richard! I cannot leave out a Great Big “Thank You” to his wonderful crew who were not only real diligent hard-workers, but at the end of each day, they cleaned up cleaner than what I would even do! (and - well yes, I’m one of those “clean freaks” - LOL! ) … Kudos to his great crew: Edgardo, William, Chapien, &Tamilito! For the Final Walk-through you compile a Punch-list of anything you feel needs correcting. Not being familiar with paver installs, I wasn’t sure what was considered as in perfection, so my daughter & friends helped assist with their ideas. I also asked my designer for her assistance, & Kim’s knowledge on paver installation was such a huge help. Quality and perfection in workmanship is important to her, & she pointed out areas that did need correction … Kim went the extra mile making sure I would be 100% happy with the end results. So between my family & friends, and Kim’s knowledge, we came up with a correction punch-list. The teamwork between Kim & my proj.mgr.-Richard, made sure all corrections was done to my satisfaction. A huge "Thank You" to Richard and his back-up crew (Francisco & Angel) who put forth a lot of effort & hard work making sure all corrections was done to perfection, which helped to finalize that special look to my patio addition :-) Although my Sys. Pavers proj. is now completed, Kim still follows up with me making sure my plants, trees, & Misc. features gets completed through her recommended 3rd party. How did I get so lucky to work with this amazing lady! I can’t tell you the great pride I feel when I get compliments of what an absolute beautifully designed yard I have :-) Thx Kim! System Pavers, specifically Kellyn, Bob and Pablo, have been amazing to work with, and the job turned out beautifully. The design consisted of covering a fairly substantial front yard and walkway with pavers as well as resetting some older existing pavers. The team showed up as scheduled, acted in a professional and friendly manner and showed up EVERYDAY on time, even when the weather was not awesome. I have been so impressed and pleased that I took a leap of faith with this company, who I actually discovered at The Pumpkin Festival of all places! Fantastic.

very will from the first visit till the last. My wife and I started our project when our work schedule became overloaded. System Pavers still keep us inform of everything they were doing via cell phone. Before we started System Pavers explained how they do their pavers from start to finish and how long project will take. right on time! Bottom line is they did great job from start to finish from the Pavers and installing our drip system and clean up. I would recommend this company.

Working with System Pavers was a great experience. Their designer Daniel came to our home and spent a lot of time with us helping to design it until it was exactly what we wanted. There are so many choices of pavers shapes, patterns, textures and colors. He had a computer program where he could show us exactly how it would look done, which was extremely helpful. He was very patient with us as I looked at examples again and again and again comparing them until I found just the right ones. The project manager Peter then quickly contacted me once the job was booked and was available to us 12 hours a day 6 days a week. If he didn't answer the phone right away, he called us back very quickly and was able to help us with any issues or questions. He was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. The crew, lead by Alex even started the Job one day early and were very neat and organized and they did an excellent job. It looks absolutely gorgeous. I am very pleased with how it turned out recommend them enthusiastically.

Excellent. Finished ahead of schedule. Project Manager Peter Tong and the crew were all professional, polite and very helpful. Each step of the job was fully explained. They cleaned the work site at the end of each day and took care not to damage my plants, fence or side of the house. I would recommend System Pavers to friends and neighbors.

System Pavers is the best! We've used them twice now to complete our front and back yards. Both jobs came out perfect, we could not be happier about the quality of service and treatment from Alex in the crew, Peter the manager, and Maggie in sales. The work went extremely well. There were a couple of glitches but my project managers Lucas and Johan work with me and did an excellent job for resolving everything! I am extremely happy with the results! Would not hesitate to hire again!

We also wanted to add curb appeal to our home. I looked for someone that provided a great warranty, a great product, and would provide dependable and qualified workers. System Pavers was the answer to all these needs. Thanks to Home Advisor for their recommendation. Unexpectedly our first discussion was with Cecilia, System Pavers, Art Design Consultant. She gave us ideas and color schemes for our project. It made our Project decisions much easier, we went with interlocking Calstone pavers on one side of our front patio and a colorful rock garden on the other side. We then got a visit from our Poject Manager, Lester Yue, who took all the measurements, gave more ideas, and estimated costs. A border to our rock garden was added to our project. The workers were extremely dedicated to the job and worked very hard, continuously, in the hot weather and as promised cleaned the project site each day before leaving. We are very happy with our finished product, we do recommend System Pavers to all others with outdoor projects, and we will call on them again if we have other projects. Although System Pavers was more expensive, the quality of work, the final product, and the worry free, long lasting warranty, is worth the cost.

Definitely the finished out backyard was as nice as it can be get. There were a few challenges during the process like everything else but glad we overcame those by discussion and talking to experienced construction managers. We went into the nitty gritty of the project like drainage placement, lights separate transformer controls, grading, finish of the paver, plants placement, border, curbing, design, seat wall alignment and the cuts. It was definitely a hectic but very fulfilling experience. Lucas the Project Manager was absolutely spot on. We had some miscommunication during the onset of the project but we resolved our differences and moved along for a beautiful backyard. At the end the finish was amazing and I cannot be happier. He was very attentive and gave all the time needed for the project. Also he called me many times during different phases to ensure I am comfortable with the next step and if there was any difference he would come onsite right away and resolve it. The workers were also very professional and extremely efficient. Would definitely go with SP again and recommend. Yes they are not low on cost but they deliver their services how it is supposed to be and does what makes sense. Also a shout out to Chrys Hoffman who was the design/sales person. She was very detailed and attended to my vision and gave us different perspective for the design which is very important in this sort of project scale. I am happy she supported all throughout and ensured the project was spot on.Thanks so much Chrys for you are the one who showed us the path. Also many thanks to Solomon and Joe for helping us through this process. They are extremely knowledgeable and make sure the job is done.

We worked with Joe Kauffman of System Pavers, and his crew chief Romero. They did an amazing job transforming my backyard from a yard to a wonderful living space with beautiful pavers. Our outside furniture looks fantastic on our new patio. The neighbors have all complimented us on how wonderful a job they did. I wouldn't be surprised to see them with a Systems Pavers truck in front of their houses soon too. Thanks for a great job.

We have been a customer of System Pavers for several years. They are as good as it gets for paving jobs. We had a warranty repair at our home, and they took care of it with no charge to us. Brandon DeRouen with System Pavers was especially helpful and kept at the job until it was completed. We have had the pavers for almost ten years, and they are still holding up and are still in great shape. Highly recommend System Pavers and would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I recently evaluated a number of companies to renovate our back yard. We selected System Pavers, and are thrilled beyond belief! Cecilia N. and Lester Y. were our Design Consultant and Project Manager, respectively. Both did OUTSTANDING jobs, and worked like a lock and a key. This made everything go very smoothly, and they both exceeded our expectations. My wife met briefly with Cecelia while I was traveling. When we showed up for our "formal" meeting, Cecelia had prepared a number of different sketches showing up different options she had come up with based on talking with my wife. They were beautifully rendered, and we loved the thought and detail she put into this to make our backyard special (as opposed to a "cookie cutter" design). We talked to her about the design we liked most, and then she customized that at the design center, showing us different pictures of things that we could do and how we could alter them to get the look that we were after. Then my wife and I met with Cecelia and Lester. He had worked with Cecelia before, and it was so reassuring to see how he instantly understood what was intended. He recommended some additional changes to enhance the overall look, and they turned out great. His work crews were friendly, and never complained, even though we had (and still have) a heat wave. Lester was there all the time; Cecelia stopped by several times to see how the renovation was going and to offer advice. They really work well as a team; I'd highly recommend them. This is a high-quality company that delivers what you ask, and then some. Their quality is wonderful, and their warranty is the best in the business. They offer great financing options, and are a joy to work with. Most importantly, our backyard looks fantastic - we have already had many compliments from our neighbors.

I love the lawn, I just have to sweep it. I don't have to mow anything.

They did a good job in helping me with the design I wanted. They were helpful in picking out colors and what went with everything. They also showed me several pictures of what they had done in the past and in various neighborhoods to give me an idea. I would use them again.

We are happy with how the project came out. They were able to start the project quickly (probably due to the time of year), and they completed it within their estimated time frame (5-6 days). They also cleaned up very well when they were done which was much appreciated. Both the driveway and pathways look very nice. We are glad we did the pathways at the same time because the curves they were able to put in do make a difference with the way it looks. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I have just completed my second project with System Pavers. Both experiences have totally fulfilled my hopes, requirements and sense of esthetics, while also being enjoyable and humanly rewarding. Andrew Headington, Landscape Architect, was creative, elegant, conscious of my time constraints, attentive, intelligent and a complete gentleman. Nick Padilla, Project Manager and his group of exceptional installers, Cesar, Felipe, Tomas, Ben, and Miguel went above and beyond to please me at all times, performing the masterful and difficult task of removing concrete and replacing with pavers under challenging weather conditions. Rain or shine, the workers showed up and worked all day including during heavy rains, with no complaints, exhibiting smiles on their faces. Continuously courteous and kind, I find the representatives of System Pavers to be rated as “top flight”. Exercising the highest standards of work, ethics and performance while exceeding expectations each day, the representatives of System Pavers are to be congratulated and complimented for their success and accomplishments. System Pavers ... Quality Work. When I first contacted System Pavers to get a quote, I was skeptical that I will be accepting their quote. They called me to setup an appointment and I reluctantly accepted the weekend appointment. Jonathan, the designer, showed up at the appointment and he spent good 2-3 hours with us that day. He was very patient, answered all the questions that we had and listened to our concerns and carefully took all of those into consideration and came up with a design that we really WANTED. As it happens all the time, this was no different and what you want is different that what you can afford. The project was going to cost us almost 50% more than our budget. Towards the end of the appointment we told him that it will not work out and asked for a week to tweak the design a little and get it in our price range. He called me a week later and the quote was still slightly above our budget with minor tweaks to the design, which was still very close to what we liked and we accepted it. There was NO SALES PRESSURE. Once the project was accepted, it was handed over to Lester the project manager. The first time I talked to him, I knew that I got a good project manager. He came in, marked up everything and before leaving he said that his company strives for delivering a quality product and he will not be happy if the customer wasn't happy. I have to say that he stuck with those words to the last day of the project. As with any construction project, things are never going to go as planned. There were some hiccups along the way and he resolved pretty much everything to my satisfaction. There were instances where he had to redo some work as I wasn't happy with it and even he wasn't happy with the quality, which probably would have been ok with other companies. I also like the way he cleaned up after the project was completed taking care of some of the things which I didn't expect his crew to take care of. All I have to say is "The Quality of the product delivered by System Pavers exceeded my expectations". I will be more than happy to hire them for any future projects.

Great, we love it. Nick Padilla the project manager was fantastic , he was there on site supervising the project throughout the weeks making sure the job was to our satisfaction. Outstanding customer service, with great pro active approach

A year after they installed the pavers, weeds started to grow between them. We were not informed that we needed to have a sealer put on top of the pavers after they were laid - they told us it was optional and that it would be an additional cost. It was very disappointing to see the weeds and the pavers easily track dirt. Also, the entire process was very costly.
