System Pavers

System Pavers did an incredible job on our driveway and side path. We did a consultation via Zoom, had a few more conversations, they provided a proposal that included some great financing options, we decided to move forward, we then Docusigned the agreement, scheduled for installation. The workers did some hard work of removing the roots from under the previous driveway. Then began the process of putting in the pavers. It was very hot on the days they worked, but they got it all done and it is very beautiful. We highly recommend System Pavers.

When we started the project with System Pavers, we had an idea as to what we wanted the overall look to be. Working with designer David Escoto and Project Manager Javier Rodriguez, not only was our idea accomplished, it was improved, and the overall result was more than we could have hoped for. We couldn't have been happier to work with Javier and David on a project that meant so much to us and created such incredible curb appeal!

We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. We were dumfounded at the huge warehouse of many outdoor designs - fully built out! After sending us to another warehouse where we picked out our pool coping pavers, we were set. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alex's team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product. My wife and I were very impressed with the work of System Pavers. It began with the amount of time spent helping to assess our needs and examining a variety of designs to fit the areas we wanted paved. The process of preparation included taking various steps to protect our property from dust and minimize disruption. The crews sent -to do the demolition of previous paving, to prepare the ground and to install the new paving- were friendly and efficient. Once the job was done, the site was cleaned up and the project manager did a walk-through to make sure we were satisfied. He also reaffirmed the 25-year warranty behind the work. We highly recommend System Pavers.

Needed a solution for our back yard between the dogs and all the trees killing our lawn. Rocky came over and took the time to get an idea of what we were looking for, took the time to get to know us and what wold work best for our family. He came back with a great plan and instead of waiting for the other two appointments I set up for the week, I cancelled and booked with System Pavers. Sometimes you just get that feeling about a company from the first person you meet and how they conduct themselves. We were not wrong, as cemented by the in-depth, detail-oriented follow up with Nader, the project manager. We discussed all the concerns and wants and he was able to put a plan in place that ended up exceeding our original expectations. Alvaro and his crew were punctual daily, friendly, and clean. They got the new yard installed in less time than we expected and were able to enjoy it for the Labor Day weekend! Highly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for a face lift or even a full renovation!

From EYE SORE to EYE CANDY!!! System Pavers, these guys are great. I highly recommend them. Why? They are the best at what they do. Granted it’s a big company. But they have done thousands upon thousands of jobs. Thus, they have it down. They are HUGE in communicating. You will be assigned a team and each member is easily accessible and will answer your questions. Any issues I’ve had was quickly resolved or remedied. I’m glad I went with this company because the workload of the project is divided amongst the team vs a smaller company where the owner is also the salesperson, designer, project manager, and worker. Last but certainly not the least, HATS off to a couple of amazing guys. Joe Kauffman and Javier Rodriguez. Joe is the design consultant and Javier is the Project Manager. They both are instrumental in transforming an unsightly and unwanted area of my home into what it is today. Before our family rarely spent time in my backyard. Completely opposite today. We even enjoy the yard in the evenings, thanks to the LED lighting. If I recall correctly Joe and Javier communicated with us practically daily on the course of the project. I knew that a project of this nature had the potential to be a major stressor, but these guys took us through each “bump in the road”. Issues such as city permits and home owners association approvals. I mean what home project does not have issues? But the key is having the right people to tackle these issues. Again, these guys are prepared since they have seen it all and literally has plans B to Z.

We contacted system pavers to help us consider work on a patio project and a driveway project. Tony Nazem was our design consultant and I cannot express how much I appreciated his professionalism. He guided us through every step of the process, from on site evaluation to visualization of various possibilities, and even came by after the work was done to drop off a succulent bouquet for our garden. Top notch! Frank Vesely was the project manager and he did such a great job of answering our questions and communicating each step of the job. The best part is that the job was done WAY ahead of schedule. We were anticipating weeks, based on how long a previous front yard job had taken with some local help. From breaking ground to finishing steps was literally two days. We couldn’t be happier with the help we received from System Pavers. We will be contacting them next year for help on our driveway project. In the meantime, we will be enjoying our new backyard patio! Thanks Tony and Frank -

System Pavers transformed our bland aggregate courtyard into a tranquil Mediterranean paradise. The project they did for us was of the highest quality and with beautiful artistry. Owen Lynn from System Pavers I was impressed by Owens Lynn from the first conversation I had on the phone, he was professional, alway prompt and in-fact, text me when he was on his way to my house. We had our back yard paved 10 years ago, we were pleased with the job then. Unfortunately, when we were out of town a window washing company, accessed our garden instead of a common area and power washed the pavers! Uneven streaks all over the pavers the sand between had been blown out, the seal was gone, we were concerned the stones were destroyed because it looked so bad! It was important to us to have System Pavers come out since they originally installed them. The job was meticulously restored and it was fair price. The patio looks so terrific. Owen is personable, reliable, professional, hardworking, honest and totally went the extra mile! We would defiantly install pavers again if we move, and would use this company for sure! We are so pleased with our pavers and the relationship we developed.

They did a beautiful job with a herringbone-pattern stone patio, paying attention to details like the correct slope for water runoff. Both The project manager for the initial installation and the project manager for recent maintenance were responsive, courteous, and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Lucas F. Was awesome and gave great advice on my yard scape and especially my old planter boxes. We plan to have him back out to look at replacing our drive way as well. In my opinion, Lucas has vast knowledge of landscaping and hardscape! I really liked is down to earth no B.S. attitude, pricing structure/estimate, and ideas on the best bang for my buck.

I happily used System Pavers for the second time in recent years. I recently moved and had them install a new patio. Michael Silva, the Project Manager, along with the Design Specialist, demolition & installation crew were were prompt, professional & finished on time. I was very pleased with Mr. Silvas work ethic! My dealings with System Pavers have been superb. The look is perfect. Recently, I had an issue with my pavers and Lucas Fitch came out to take care of everything for us. They are on time, clean, professional, and did the work to perfection. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

System Pavers did the original installation and sealing of pavers on all our walkways, garden trim and added borders along our driveway. The design process and installation went very well. The pavers are beautiful and definitely enhance the appearance of our home. It was time to replace the paver joint sand so we contacted System Pavers to do this for us. Gabriel Duran explained our options for sand replacement and based on his professionalism and our excellent experience with System Pavers on the original construction, we wanted to continue our relationship with the company. Gabriel arrived on time, was very personable and replaced the sand to bring the pavers back to a like new appearance. We are extremely happy with the finished look and with the excellent service Gabriel Duran provided us. We highly recommend Gabriel and System Pavers!

System Pavers and Project Manager, Lucas Fitch, did a terrific job in rebuilding my retain wall in my backyard above our deck and across the length of the property. During the excavation part, they ran into numerous unknown problems behind the old wall, namely stone and rocks, as well as huge tree roots that had to be removed. Lucas along with his engineering staff came up with an excellent plan to take care of these issues while minimizing the cost for me. At the finish, everything looked perfect. The paving squad were very professional and very hard working. I'm highly pleased with the results. The project took longer than anticipated, owing to the rainy period we have experienced, but the men went out of their way to work all the hours they could when the weather was suitable for outdoor work.

We want to recommend System Pavers! They were great and highly accommodating throughout the entire process. We went with their Mission stones, Roman stone border with seating wall, lights, and a section of pet turf. If anyone needs their backyard completed or upgraded, we could not speak highly enough of System Pavers!

Javier Rodriquez and his crew are the best. They recently completed a backyard project for us that involved pavers and synthetic grass. Javier was in contact with us daily keeping us up to date on the progress of our job. Javier and his staff were on time, hard workers and finished ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The entire team was amazing. Tracey helped design an amazing space, and Nick oversaw the construction. The team was professional and responsive. They answered all my phone calls and made sure to address all my questions.

We just completed our second job by System Pavers and once again we are completely satisfied with the result. This was a very difficult install as they had to transport all debris and materials through the townhome as we are attached on both sides. Other companies will not do this. No damage done and they assured me if any incidents happened to occur, they would take care of it. Nader was the project manager and was courteous and kind through it all. I would do this over in a heartbeat. We are 100% satisfied!

Top quality craft work, dependable scheduling, and professional & courteous project management made our three System Pavers projects (driveway repaving and two large artificial turf projects) great successes. We'd recommend the company to anyone.

SP recently completed a patio paver project for us. The SP team ( Chris and Owen) were great. Also the installation team led by Jorge was outstanding - meticulous and great pride in their work. SP runs on the expensive side. This is because they are a one stop shop ( design, showroom, materials, project management, contractors). You pay a premium for this. I have already recommended SP to several friends and neighbors.

Javier Rodriquez and his crew did an outstanding job installing system pavers in my front patio. Before the work it looked like a jungle, dirt and tree stubs. When Javier finished the job I had a beautiful patio that can be enjoyed with family and friends. Javier and his team where responsive to all my needs and concerns. They addressed every issue with quick and immediate responses and delivered a beautiful finished product just as they promised.

I’ve invited many landscaping consultants to give me a suitable design for my backyard renovation, as my lot is not a square one but not impressed enough with any of those designs! Finally, I’ve come to know about SP thru one of my friends as they hired SP to get their backyard done. Chrys a wonderful architect from SP visited my home and came up with a multiple designs that suit my lot shape. After couple of rounds of talks finally we finalized one design. Thank you Chrys for your excellent design. Then Chrys invited us to their design center, which is located in Newark to choose tiles, turf, marbles and border shades…etc. Then she handed off the project to implementation manager (The magic guy) Lucas. Incredible guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed with his knowledge and work. As promised he completed the project on time far…..beyond my expectations. Look what…now I can’t go to sleep without visiting my backyard at least once a day. I feel like I’m living in a paradise. A big thank you for Lucas and Chrys.
