They installed a new inverter (I think it was??). It was very expensive. But I highly appreciated the guy coming that day to diagnose the problem and then came back the next day with a new part. The fridge is working again.

Same day appointment! Tech determined problem, then gave the option of returning with parts and paying additional labor for repair, or letting me order and install parts. Got parts online, easy to install, and diagnosis was correct - dishwasher back up and running like new.

Russell did a great job. I explained that there was water leaking from the bottom of the freezer. He stated what the problem was and explained what he would do to fix it. After he completed the job, Russell stated there was a six month warranty on the work. Russell was professional and courteous. Russell's professionalism and courtesy.

The technician diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and ordered the part. He returned a few days later and replaced the ice maker. The process was easy and efficient.

The final result was Someone who said he was Sunny, but signed my receipt Bill did fix the problem and the machine is working just fine.(40 minute repair for a $175.00, flat rate) A word of caution. They advertise on their website they know Bosch, not too sure about that. For some reason the softner dispenser will never drain. I did ask Sunny/alias Bill about that. Unable to diagnose. I was going to have him look at the dryer, but changed my mind. Sunny/Alias Bill was a very Honest/ nice person and I would not want to reflect a negative review on him. However, Sunny Appliance Repair, the bill did not reflect the discount. Not a good way to win over a new customer! I would use them again with a repair I already understand whats wrong, however not for any type of maintenance repair

They did a great job --- Nick was there in less than a half hour (even though I called at 8pm); he figured out what was needed and explained the options to us (full board replacement or repopulating the relay switches); got it done and brought the repopulated board back (and did that on his day off!); and then did not charge us until we were able to test how it was working for a week. I have never been so impressed!

Greg came out and was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes. He came back in a couple of hours with the part that has to be replaced and fixed my washer. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, they do a great job and are extremely efficient.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day as my phone call. The technician was prompt and professional. Unfortunately for me, the problem I was experiencing did not occur when he was here so he checked a few things and waited for the wash and drain cycles to end and all seemed fine. Apparently the cleaning of the parts that I could reach (as per the manual) did something (even though there did not appear to be any blockage and when I turned the unit on after cleaning, it still did not work). I had to pay only the service call charge.

It went quite well. Tim came on time, understood the problem and went ahead with cleaning the drain pipe and removing a dime which was clogging the pipe.

Sunny Appliance was the only company that answered on Sunday and were able to send technician same day. David was great, he checked the AC, explained what was wrong and how he was planning to fix it. He replaced the part and everything got back to normal. He saved us from the summer heat and we would highly recommend this service.

My freezer temperature had suddenly started rising and had reached 25 degrees. I called Sunny Appliance Repair on Sunday morning and by early afternoon Greg had arrived to diagnose the problem. He found that the condenser was not working properly. Problem was thought to be a blockage in the condenser and/or lack of Freon. Greg called Alex, who would be the one to recharge with the Freon. Alex was on another job but he called me to confirm that he would come as soon as he finished there, which he did. He cleaned the condenser, then added Freon. He even gave me a 6 month warranty on the work. The freezer temperature immediately started dropping and within just a few hours was back to Minus 1. I called on a Sunday morning and by 4:30 that afternoon the problem had been taken are. Kudos to Sunny Appliance Repair for their promptness, courtesy, and efficiency. If another appliance problem should arise, I will call them again for service.

We've now used them for two jobs (see my previous review) and although in both cases the problem was fixed for a reasonable cost the issues around getting a callback, scheduling and turning up on time are just so frustrating we are looking elsewhere next time. That's a real shame because I still think they are good guys at heart and aren't trying to rip anyone off with high prices and unnecessary repairs. So, if you have patience about getting someone to your home, and wait around potentially all day (once the guy showed up at 8pm or something) then have at it. Maybe if you have an emergency you'll get a better response but I don't know.

I had a really good experience with an appliance repair person today, $40 to check out our dishwasher -- which gets deducted if they really do have to come back and fix it and replace any parts. He cleaned a gasket and checked out an overflow pan (which I didn't know our dishwasher was smart enough to have built in!) and saw that the gasket had issues, but with some cleaning doesn't yet need replacing. Spent a good 45 minutes here, which I say is good value for my $40. They supposedly handle all kinds of appliances and all brands.
