Sunil is an absolute master of his field. We have used Sunil twice now and he has helped us through every tricky situation we have faced when buying or selling our home. He is incredibly hard working and really knows his stuff! I can't recommend him enough.

I can recommend Sunil Sethi without any reservations to assist a person in selling their house from my own personal and positive experience. Sunil through the whole process of pricing, directing my remodel and attracting buyers was constantly educating and keeping me updated on all details. I was never in the dark or confused as to what was going on and that relieved a lot of the stress. For personal reasons, I needed to sell my home in Fremont to move out of the bay area to Oregon. I needed to expedite the process as much as possible. Locating Sunil made that all happen in a way that was almost effortless in a lot of ways. Sunil had a recommended contractor that produced a bid that was well within my own rough estimate of what needed to be done to get the house ready for resale which included, new flooring, new kitchen with new appliances, new bathroom and painting inside and out. Sunil managed the remodel process and I had limited interaction other that doing some hands on purchasing with the remodel team at a couple of hardware stores. The remodel team were all friendly and ready to explain what they were doing and answer any of my questions when I showed up at the house to check out the progress. After the remodel, the first weekend of November Sunil and Steven, the other realtor in the team, worked together during the open house process to ensure all prospective buyers got any questions answered. With no buyer requests after the first weekend of the open houses, Sunil had an additional open house the following Saturday to keep interest in the property. By mid-November, I had accepted one offer and had a backup offer as well. Here it is late-December ready for close of escrow and its on the slightly over three month mark from meeting Sunil. Professionalism is such an over used term but it fits my experience with Sunil with the adjectives determined and focused.

Best agent EVER. In fact, it is impossible to imagine anyone who would have been more to our liking or easier to work with than Sunil. Over the past year, he has assisted us in remodeling and marketing our Fremont duplex. It has been a grueling process but he never tired of it and never pressured us in any way to do anything we weren't entirely happy and comfortable with. He has been unflaggingly enthusiastic and supportive, extremely hard working, honest, amusing, a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, insightful, proactive and imaginative. He always has a clear grasp on the big picture (what you want, what you might not yet know you want). His judgement regarding materials and workmanship for the remodels was excellent.

Sunil is a superb communicator, answers questions as openly and thoroughly as you could hope for, is opinionated (in useful, helpful ways). He answers e-mails and phone calls as promptly as even I (who am extremely critical of slackers in this regard) could wish. He is wonderfully civil, super professional and willing to take on multiple tasks that made our lives easier.  Since we do not live in Fremont, having Sunil's constant oversight of the property (including his gracious willingness to keep our tenants informed throughout this process) was a tremendous help to us. 

Selling property in this climate has been fraught with anxiety ... Sunil never added to it, he always mitigated it. We can honestly say that working with him has been one of the most positive working relationships we've ever had and we would recommend him without qualification.

We are first time home-buyers, but Sunil was very diligent, thorough and patient with us while explaining all of the particulars of the mortgages we were looking at. Furthermore, he was extremely quick in responding to any concerns and questions we had during the process. I would definitely recommend him, and will likely work with him again in the future.

I would recommend him to any first timers- or second timers! He will put extra time in to help get you what you need!
