+ -1 moreTERRIBLE experience. Very poor service. The provider was very late to provide a quote. At the end, he just told me that the work cannot be done and didn't explain why. This is for my tenant's place and now I have no feedback at all to give my tenants after organizing such visit for the contractor and more importantly the job is not done. Very flaky provider. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: The provider came to see a broken spa and install a spa pack.

+ 2 moreOverall good service and follow up from start to finish. Good service , price and support after the installtion was done.
Description of Work: Solar heating system had a leak in it. The tech from sparkle pool came out and figured out what the problem was and gave us a quote to repair it . Price seemed reasonable and they were quick to get get the necessary parts to get the system up and running . They also performed an energy audit on our pool pump and gave us a detailed analysis on our potential savings. We decided to go ahead with the varible speed pump and say a monthly savings of close to $80 a month. We are really happy with the new pump and the savings are great. I would definetly recommend sparkle pool .
