I am so disappointed. Michael come to my home to look over a painting job I had. His website said his company does big and small jobs, so I decided to give him a call and set up a free in home estimate. He was running late, but called to let me know and arrived at the delayed time that he estimated. I'm OK with this, because I know how things can take a little longer than you expect. He came to my home, was nice and courteous and I went over the work I needed to have done. He took measurements, asked me to write down my email address so he could send me an estimate and said he would send me an estimate with 2 days (by the end of the weekend). I even went to his website after 1 week and sent a message saying I was still waiting for a quote. Well it is 2 weeks later, and I have moved on. I have no idea why he did not submit bid. Even if he was too busy, the professional thing to do would have been to let me know he wasn't available/interested.

Everything from the clarity of the estimate, selection of paint color and finish, scheduling of the job, the careful and considerate protection of furniture, curtains and carpeting, through to the final clean up was conducted in a professional and pleasant manner. It is easy and a pleasure to do business with Mike Lingley (owner) and Precision Painting Services. We particularly appreciate the responsive and clear communication before and during the 2.5 days of onsite services, as well as the detailed and accurate estimate. The owner called from his vacation to ensure that the estimate could be prepared and the project scheduled for completion by our target date (less than two weeks after our initial call. Great work.
