Description of Work: I have had an ongoing termite problem that other providers either could not fix or were very overpriced to fix. Pacific Coast Termite gave me a good bid with a reasonable warranty for their work. I will be using them from now on.

The spray treatment they used was nontoxic to our pets, guaranteed for two years and was easy and convenient for us...-NO Move Out necessary. |Robert, the inspector clearly explained how they would do the treatment and what they would use. I was impressed by his very thorough inspection of our three-story home and his professionalism. Omar and Refugio showed up on time and were here all day working. They were friendly, professional, courteous and tidy.

Description of Work: We are trying to get rid of the rats in our attic. This company has done everything they can. Even putting up a camera in the attic. We have now had all the insulation removed. They are going to put the camera up again and put white flour down around the perimeter to see if they can find where the rats are coming in. The first step cost $1500. To have the insulation removed, locate where the rats are coming in and having the insulation reblown in cost $2650. 10 dead rats were found in the insulation. We just hope that this will work. We are not the only people in this neighborhood to have rats. They are very smart!

Description of Work: We had a huge rat problem...for over 15 years, and a big termite problem. Had tried other methods to get rid of rats; and had tried fumigation a couple of times...without any measureable lasting success. I met with several other companies; and Robert from Pacific Coast was the only one that could assure me we could really get rid of the rats. While the initial price is expensive, when I compared it to other companies over a 12 month period, it came out very close. They were professional; extremely responsive; thorough; neat; and a pleasure to work with. In a little over 5 weeks, we have gotten rid of the rats; the termite activity is gone; and I could not be more pleased. Most importantly, they were EFFECTIVE. Their method works; and they stand by their work.

Description of Work: On November 22, I requested service and the rep stated that no one could come out until Dec 4. These means I would be fighting an ant infestation on Thanksgiving. This is unacceptable. We have been with them for 2 years and they have never been prompt with their appointments. We always wait several days. They deserved an F rating. On Monday, we will cancel our contract with them.

Description of Work: We bought their service for rodents in conjunction with their termite treatment. I can't comment on the termite treatment, but the pest control was excellent. They used a procedure that presumably is environmentally safe. They sealed off holes in the house, treated the area with attractants and left traps in place. Approximately one week after their service, we found a dead rodent in the house, I called them and they promptly came out within a day. They closed off another hole, left more traps and we have not seen any more. A previous firm had left traps, asked me to monitor them and that was it. We were very dissatisfied with them, so Pacific Coast really shined in comparison.

Description of Work: The service was excelent from beging to end. When the inspector came out he did a thorough investigation and noted all the areas of termite. When the company workers came out they got right to work and finished in a timely manner.
