The Technicians did good job eradicating the rodents that had nested in the attic and garden areas by sealing holes and making sure no little critters were left or able to get back into the attic. They did their job in a professional manner and even offered a suggestion regarding another potential issue.

He was respectful and courteous and knowledgeable. He did the work under the house as well as in the attic and did a great job. I would happily recommend this company!

This company is the best I have ever experienced! So responsive, professional and amazing! They responded so fast to us and they took care of the issue! The cusotomer service is the best! Usually these days customer support is not good but this company is amazing! We had a major rat problem and they not only got rid of them but they figured out how they were coming in and stopped them as well as set rat traps!

Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work.

PCT has gone above and beyond what I had expected. They’ve demonstrated being more than thorough with a well thought out and executed plan. I’ve had rat issues which has resulted in quite a bit of property damage. We are still currently in treatment but I can see how effective the strategy is and feel a sense of ease about this problem no longer being an issue. Everyone i’ve Dealt with has been pleasant and professional. They rearranged the schedule to fit me in based on the severity of the situation. A++

The only problem was that they were booked so it took some time before they could come out for performing the actual work. They showed up on time, each scheduled appointment, though. So far, so good, as far as fixing the problem. It's been only about a week since the final visit though--so time will tell.
