Finished work was beautiful. The Madsen's were lovely to work with and their employees pleasant and hardworking. Appointments were kept and on time; the work itself was fast and efficient. Fix-its such as replacing floor boards that were too marred to refinish were done without requesting. The price was definitely competitive. I highly recommend Madsen's Builders if you want beautiful floors.
