Came the same day. Reviewed the situation and fixed the problem

The estimate seemed a little high but he was very nice and very professional. He knew what he was doing. He was very prompt in his response. We are considering using him.

Did a pretty good job.

I bet their work would have been very good as well had I chosen them for this project.

They were very professional during the quoting process. I had multiple questions that they answered and did the work very quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Came within a day during a rain storm. At first the roofer did not want to work in the rain, but after I told him I had already paid for the trip he did it anyway. Price was minimum visit charge.

They thoroughly explain roofing and every option that you have to go with it. Their price was quite competitive. They did the flashing and gutters. They took off the old roof and put on a new roof.

David Rice was the estimator. He was very professional, low key (not pushy). Took notes of what needs to be done and in a day or two, FedEx me the proposal. He listed all the prices for the different shingles options that was discussed. His proposal are nicely written and listed so you can see what you want and how much it would cost you, etc. I thought the base prices for the shingles were within the range with other quotes (I narrowed down to 5 diff companies) but thought the additional things could add up to be more than what I had budgeted so I didn't go with Knight Roofing. I said I wouldn't use this company again in the future because I now have a new roof and don't anticipate any problem with it. Otherwise, I thought David was very professional and I liked how he presented his proposal (clear and you know what you'll get in the contract).

They were very good. They were professional, they never left any mess at all and we were very pleased with them I would highly recommend them.

They were courteous, knowledgeable and explained things to me. They showed up on time and they cleaned everything after the work was done. They did the work in timely manner and the price was competitive.

They were outstanding. They were very professional and they did a great job on our roof. They came in with a large crew, ripped off everything and put everything on. They couldn't get a dumpster in our yard so we cleared an area. The nice thing about them was that they really, really cleaned up. You wouldn't have known by just looking in the yard that there was just a roof installed. They were also were recommended to me and I have also recommended them to others. We had also received bids from three to four different company's and they were all a couple of hundred dollars within each other so we knew that they were very fair and also within the same ball park as other companies. They also did not add on things. There was a foreman that kept us informed and were very nice.

I experienced a very bad episode with Knight Roofing. They did not seem to know what material to use for the roofing project and I later found out they even used the wrong type of shingles for the roof. I believe the owner to be extremely rude and arrogant and was not willing to cooperate nor did he want to attempt to resolve the issues with the roof. I later learned that the roofers that assisted the owner with the job were not qualified to perform the task.

Very professional and good work. Got a referral from one of my friends. Price wise, they were definitely very reasonable compared to few others we got quotes from. No sales pressure. They send the quote by mail and if you like it, you call them. Did a thorough and clean job. Did not do that great a job in cleaning up the nails in the lawn but fixed it when I reported it.

Their price was considerably lower by a couple of $1000's than the other 3 bids we had. They had a large backlog. We signed the contract in the fall, but due to the backlog and rain it was March before they got to ours. It was worth the wait. They gave us plastic sheeting for the garage and attic. They came when they said and worked diligently for 3 days. One workman spoke good English. They cleaned up well and the roof looks great. We would certainly recommend them!

This was a very good experience. Knight Roofing gave us the cheapest estimate so I was not sure of the type of quality that I would get, however they did do a good job. The workers completed the whole job in one day. The crew was experienced. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. The roof looks wonderful.

The workers could not speak English however they did do good work. There were times when the boss was not around and we were unable to communicate. The roofers were nice people. The roof turned out good we have had no complaints.
