Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired the failed drain pump issue on my older model Bosc dishwasher in 10 minutes. Advised that since this is an older model that in the future if a more expensive part broke that we should maybe consider a new machine. Has in the past also repaired our Viking Range burner igniters and also the heat sensors on both ovens which had failed on different occasions. Juan is fabulous - nice, honest, extremely knowledgable and capable of repairing high end appliances. This is also a family business, his wife Sonya handles the appointments.

Description of Work: I own a Thermador Range. I did a kitchen remodel and when I moved the range I wiggle the range across the floor damaging the oven door springs. In addition the oven wasn't heating at the time that I moved the range out of the kitchen and I was worried that I had damaged the oven control board. Jag is recommended by Thermador for repair. I am satisfied in every way with the repair. The wife schedules appointments and is very difficult to work with. I finally e-mail my questions to the husband and then followed up with a phone call in order get information on how to proceed.

+ -1 more.I called Jag's to get my Viking range repaired. Sonja answered the phone and was difficult to understand with her heavy accent. But I did tell her what I needed and she said I had to have a serial number before she could schedule the work. I called her the next day with the serial number and she didn't remember me, but said she would have the repair person call me the next day (Friday).... I waited all day Friday, but no one called. Finally, on Monday...Sonja called me and asked when I would like to have someone come out....did not ask for the serial number. I told her I had already scheduled someone else to do the work and she said and quot;fineand quot;.... Jag's may be a great place, but they need some one else on the phone and making appointments....they lost a customer that day

In addition to fixing the sensor, the repairman noticed that a recall had not been done on our refrigerator, so he provided all the information we needed to get the part, and will come back to install the new part (a door hinge) once it arrives. FYI, we have a Viking refrigerator.
Description of Work: Jags fixed a broken sensor in our refrigerator, which had been causing an alarm to continually sound off.

+ -1 moreThey were great. I have an oven and cook top. When there was any kind of boil over, it would leak through the self-cleaning unit of the oven and would destroy it, and they fixed it for me. They were prompt, courteous, on time, really clean and really polite. They can come back anytime my appliance breaks. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Jags Appliances Heating & Repair to recalibrate thermometer and stove. They replaced some of the panels and other parts.

+ -1 moreThey were able to schedule me fairly quickly, especially considering the holiday season. They arrived when they said they would; the work went quickly; the oven is now back in shape.
Description of Work: I have a Viking range. When the broiler went out, I called Airport Appliance - where I bought it - who recommended these guys. They are Viking authorized repair. They took the model and serial numbers when I made the appointment, and they arrived with all the tools and parts necessary. They were quick, clean, and efficient, replacing the igniters and getting things up and running again.
