Ross was great. He cleaned out our gutters, and helped us do additional work to patch up our patio roof even though we didn't tell him in advance. He was also so patient with all our questions and explained why we were having drainage problems. He was punctual, straightforward and kind. i definitely recommend him for a job well done.

An appointment was made to get a consultation as to what to repair and what to replace. He never showed up. He didn't even call to cancel. No phone calls afterwards to reschedule. He doesn't care for the business.

Excellent job of cleaning the gutters and roof. No mess left behind and my gutters were built up with debris and growing plants. I'm going to hire them every year to come back. Price was very reasonable and the work was great. I called and left a message. Received a call back the next day and luckily was able to come over that day.

He cleaned a big pill of dirt/leaves after 2 hours diligent work, will hire again.

Great! Just needed my second story gutters cleaned. Scheduled the work, but got a phone call saying they had a cancellation and could do it sooner.

Ross cleaned and repaired the 20-year-old gutters on my home, and he did a fantastic job. He also has valuable knowledge about roofs and did minor repairs to mine. I'm pretty sure Ross is very busy due to his great work, so I'm not surprised that it took him a little while to get back to me during this rainy season. I had a clogged downspout due to house painters who power washed the house, but Ross responded quickly and cleaned it out with high skill.

Owner of the business was great on the phone and helped me understand what gutter cleaning is (this is my first home, I am female and have ZERO knowledge of anything about keeping up the house in good shape). Anyway, he came and did an AMAZING job, even fixed places where gutter wasn't holding strong (which I had no idea of until he pointed it) and cleaned not just gutters but also mess that came out of it. Very happy with this service!

I left a message for them--it was never returned. I tried to call three other times and the phone never answered or it sent me their fax machine. Very poor customer service. I found someone else, not on Angie's Lis.

He did the job on the spot as the price was reasonable. Completed satisfactorily. Already signed up to have him come for gutter cleaning as his price was reasonable for that as well.

Inquired about the availability and price to clean the gutters. They had a fairly steep price. Got it cleaned from elsewhere for a reasonable price. | |Though they returned my call promptly.

I had gotten several estimates. Guardian gutters were very reasonable, professional and prompt in returning my request for an estimate. When we decided on them to soothe job and called him back, he got the job done within a week. He had called the night before with instructions about an electrical cord being available and told me how to make the payment to them. I totally forgot to it the ellectricsl cord out but somehow they manged to get the job done. They did an excellent job. I was very happy with how they looked. I would hire them gain and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Guardian Gutters!

He and his helper were on time and they went about doing the work without interruption. Upon completion of the job we both walked around to evaluate it and he answered the questions I had.

I paid him extra to wash the outside of all the gutters, install gutter guard on the back of the house, remove an old satellite dish and seal the holes. As a former roofer he was very klowledge of roof and gutter issues and his prices were reasonable. I will definitely call him in the future.

After calling several other gutter companies and receiving no responses for a week, we finally tried Guardian and were thankful we did. Ross Johnson returned my husband's call within hours, came out as scheduled, and cleaned and repaired gutters at our home, and the nearby home of our elderly uncle. Even better, the price was quite reasonable. Ross also took the time to identify and fix a few minor problems with our roof tiles. We highly recommend him.

It was excellent, which is why we had them come again the following year, and will contact them soon for the 2012 gutter cleaning. We have a 2-story house and 4 redwood trees near the house, so there is a significant amount of work involved in the annual gutter cleaning. He showed up exactly at the appointment time, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up all debris. In 2010, he pointed out the loose gutters, so we increased the contract for repair as well as cleaning.

When I wanted to replace the gutters, I contacted him for the quote. The quote was reasonable. Whatever I researched in the internet, and wanted to ask him, he talked about and gave his honest suggestions - including the advantage of seamless gutter, using aluminum instead of pvc , down sprouts, color etc. I was pleasantly surprised. On the day of replacement, he came exactly on time and immediately started the work.He brought the machine and did the extrusion from the sheet. He answered all my questions, with a smile. Has a very profession attitude. Finally they cleaned the whole area. They really did a great job and my best experience with any home repair / remodel professional.

My neighbor referred Guardian Gutters to me. I checked it out on Angie's List and decided to try them. I called them and Ross was able to swing by to give me an estimate because I worried I might have pigeon problem. (Otherwise, he might be able to give me a quote over the phone.) We setup the cleaning for the next day. He came the next morning and spent almost two hours to clean all gutters and down spouts. He also fixed a few problems for our gutters (unbent gutters and put gutters back where the joint was displaced) and inspected my roof for broken tiles. All those were done free! After he finished cleaning, he explained what he did and told me what I should watch out for the gutters. He suggested me to clean gutters every two years or so. He told me he is coming back to do my next door neighbor's house because they saw him and hired him to do the squirrel control on their gutters. The service was great!

I was extremely happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone. Price was fair the people were nice and they did a great job quickly.
