FOSTER'S QUALITY FIRST

The guy was recommended by my realtor and it turned out that he was my realtor's brother-in-law. I wouldn't hire him again. I don't thing the painting was done well, they didn't prep the walls well before painting. The people they contracted to do the floors didn't do a good job at all. The pricing was not bad.

Fosters Quality First delivered first-rate service. They did an awesome job! I can't thank them enough for the superb job they did in restoring my house back to its pre-flooding condition. The whole water extraction and drying process for the water damaged areas were done on 8 December through 11 December (a total of 4 days) to make sure that the ceiling, floors, and walls were all dry. The latest drying and dehumidifying equipment were used for this process. As soon as the equipment were removed on 11 December, reconstruction work started. Mr. Foster had people working on the bathroom, part of my daughter's room adjacent to the bathroom, and the downstairs living room ceiling. By 14 December, all the work was completed and our house was restored to pre-flooding condition. All in all, it only took Fosters Quality First a week to complete the whole drying and restoration. They really did an awesome job and practically saved the Holidays for my family. When family and friends came over to see our home during the weekend of 18-19 December, no one could believe that just a week before we had experienced some water flooding in our house. Like us, everyone was amazed that the whole reconstruction was completed in a week. The speed by which Fosters responded to my call for assistance and the execution of the whole restoration is first-rate. They were also very experienced with and willing to work with my insurance adjuster to make sure that everything went smoothly. Jerry Foster is also such a great person to work with. He was always making sure that things were okay and that the work being done was what we had expected. Mr. Foster would call me and keep me informed about the schedule and what he and his crew were doing. He would also explain to me what is being done just to keep me informed about the whole reconstruction process. Fosters crew were always very clean and tidy with the way the work. They were always cleaning up the work area and making sure that everything was neat and tidy before they left for the day. That to me was very noteworthy. Fosters Quality First also does home remodeling and repair. There is no doubt that I will be using them going forward for some home repair and remodeling projects I have in mind in the near future. I would highly recommend Fosters to anyone for water damage control and reconstruction work. They have been in business for more than 25 years and I saw and experienced first-hand the quality service that they provide. Fosters Quality First is definitely quality first.
