Installer went to home home depot, purchased a new switch. I had previously had a 12 hour timer, Budget Elec rep installed a new timer. What I din't know is that they put the same face plate on the12 hourti timer, and what they installed was a one hour timer. Pls be careful when dealing with Budget Electric..
Description of Work: forgot to put in my previous review, while they were providing service, asked them to replace the switch to my whole house fan, which had broken. Michael said he would order. Installer showed up with no new switch. He called Michael, nobody knew what was going on.

I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE COMPLETE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORK CREW HAD MANY DAYS OF NO SHOWS. INSTALLED A LESS EXPENSIVE LIGHT FIXTURE THAT WAS WRITTEN INTO JOB ESTIMATE. THEY DID CREDIT BACK THE DIFFERENCE.
Description of Work: WORK PERFORMED INCLUDED REPLACEMENT OF POWER BOX. WORK INCLUDED INSTALLATION OF 3 ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL PLUGS AND OUT DOOR LIGHT.
