not spray foam, blown in cellulose in the attic. Work appeared to be good. just 4 stars because they did not arrive during the start time window (2 hours past the window), but they did call in to update me.

Very pleased with the job they did. Quick, clean and proffesional. I was amazed at what a difference the wall insulation made to the eveness of the temperature in the house. Cooler during the day, warmer at night, not varying more than five degrees. Varied over more than twelve before. Looking forward to seeing what will happen in the winter!

workmen arrived on time. They worked continuously until the project was complete. They discribed what they were going to do and provided updates as activities progressed. They requested I survey the work at completion and explained what they had accomplished. They ended by providing me with the rebate paperwork I would need for PG&E. They cleaned up and were finished within the anticipated time frame.

Installers were delayed because of truck problem. But upon arrival, they were efficient, courteous, and completed the job in about 2 hours. Cleanup was minimal, and my driveway was swept clean of any remaining debris. Great job

Professional work

I gave BVI a 4.5 instead of a 5.0 because when I left them a message to schedule an estimate, the call was never returned. Service Magic (SM) customer service rep called me to see how things were going and I said "not so good. They never called". With-in the hour BVI called. This stuff happens. BVI should thank SM for this one� Short of that little mix up, I would recommend them. The estimator was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The workers were prompt, quick and cleaned up well and the price was fair (middle out of three estimates, all with-in $200.00).

everything from the quote to the actual job was done professionally. The job took a while longer than they thought due to malfunctioning equipment, otherwise.. i'd recommend.

Initiall, they came when it was about to storm. They insisted they would work in the rain, but the storm eventually made them stop. About 10 days later when the rains stopped, they came back and finished the job not previously accomplished. At all times the workers were nice to deal with, polite, cleaned everything up. They were happy to explain what and how things worked and what they were doing. Also enjoyed dealing with Guy, the person who initially came out to explain his service. God experience. They installed cellulose and we noticed the difference the next day. Also they gave a competitive and fair price (as we had checked elswhere).
