They did a good job and did it promptly

Very good site inspector to estimate the job; he was informative and ready to listen. The service was scheduled promptly and completed very quickly! The crew was conscientious. Good price, too!

Did a good job at a reasonable price. We cannot even tell where the holes were in the wood siding, they were well patched and painted. The estimator, Joel, was very professional and explained in detail how everything would be done. The crew did a good job and even reduced the estimated price because we did not need all that area insulated. We are very satisfied with the work.

Everybody was super friendly

The work was done well and neatly. They misunderstood what I wanted and started to intall batt instead of blown cellulose, but I corrected them and we now have a nicely insulated attic. They also installed a radiant barrier. The gentleman that came to do the estimate was knowledgeable and professional. Reasonable price.

1. Schedule to complate work was a little sketchy....commuication breakdown. 2. Estimator was very professional. 3. Worker completed work as contracted for. 4. Main Drawback was that the holes for the blow in insulation in my stucco were not patched and painted as was promised. I had to spend 4 hours of my time to make it right. Update to this rating- the owner took care of the problems and I would recommend him to other homeowner's.

They did a very good job. They were knowledgable and very nice. Management followed up a few days later. My only suggestion would be to improve on their time committments. I would hire them again.

I had sub-floor insulation installed. Estimate was done quickly and efficiently. Work was scheduled within 2 days after I chose them for the job. During the work, they found that there were some inaccessible places, so they reduced the price based on the square footage of the inaccessible area. Very fair, especially since I probably never would have known had they charged me the full amount. It's not too often the final price is significantly lower than the estimate. Based on what I checked, everything looked good. No residual mess either.

Bay Valley Insulation provided good service for this job. My only concern during the project was timeliness arriving to job site. Team was late but did not call to explain (although the contractor told me his workers did not have correct contact information to call me). Job originally quoted as 1-day stretched into 2 days when team discovered wood sheeting behind stucco on my residence which apparently takes significantly more time to insulate. Otherwise, the team did a nice job and made sure to clean up when finished. I recommend Bay Valley Insulation for friends, neighbors, and colleagues looking to insulate their homes.

Fast, reliable, good price, PG&E rebate upfront (they deduct amount if you fill in the paperwork), holes were invisible, cleanup good, take VISA and trusted me to pay the next day. Good experience.
