+ 0 moreInitial response....good. Within a few days. Follow up....never happened.multiple phone calls with messages left.Still no contact by the provider. Unsatisfactory customer service. Failure to continue work as agreed.I would never recommend this company.
Description of Work: .Initial call was to evaluate sprinkler system that was malfunctioning. Inital call was responded to in an appropriate time frame.Follow up which was for 2 weeks later never occurred. After mulitple phone calls and messages left, with no response, the follow up care for the lawn never materialized. There was no contact by the company, nor did anyone return my calls. While the initial work was sufficient, the follow up , as determined to be every 2 weeks for maintainance, never happened. I would never refer this company to anyone.

+ 2 moreThings always go very well and they are very obliging if asked to any thing extra. I wouldn't consider having anyone else.
Description of Work: Paul and his brother have been doing yard work at our rental house for over 2 years-they mow, trim and tidy up the yard and bushes TWICE A MONTH FOR $50.00 PER mos. Can't really give exact dates because it's on going and will continue. They are very friendly, prompt on their appointed day and very precise with their work..
