+ -1 moreThe appointment was for 11:30 and they were 20 min early which is not a problem for me. I appreciate that they gave an exact time and not a range like 11 to 4. The entire process took 3 hours. I like that they started in one area and proceeded in a logical order through the house, finishing completely the area before proceeding to next. They were knowledgeable and polite when I asked questions.
