It is very rare to find the type of honesty and professionalism that I saw in Dean of Continental Remediation. When it comes to complicated matters like mold remediation there are a lot of people who want to just take your money and sell you a service that you may not need. I interviewed 4 companies before I went with Continental Remediation. Dean the owner is very professional, responds quickly and explains everything he will do. His workers were neat and courteous and were done quickly. I wanted to see what was going on at various parts of the project so they made sure to call me in to see what they were doing and I really appreciated that. Told me everything I needed to know. Did what he said he would do and all was done on schedule. We passed on the first test for mold. I was very happy with his professionism and quality of work. I highly recommend this company!

Dean was wonderful to work with for our mold remediation. He and his workers paid careful attention to detail. He was also flexible in working around my schedule for mold remediation and remodeling. I hope to never need Dean in the future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call him again.

There should be recommendations for the work of finishing off the remedial that was done. The spot in the ceiling is absolutely evident. Yes, Dean was up to his word in all that he did. His worker was spot on. The work was done with excellence and on schedule. Something that is not his fault but might have been , at least lightly checked for, the possibility of leaks that were not fixed. The rains have proven that there are still leaks.

Dean was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was able to get in touch with him very quickly and he came to our home quickly ready to assist.
