 + -1 moreThe contact number takes you to a national call center. They set up the appointment for one of the local subsidaries. The appointment process was smooth. The guy who came out, Andrew, was on time, courteous, and wore shoe covers in the house. He looked at all the spaces that needed insulation and answered all questions well. He brought samples of the types of insulation they use and made his recommendations and illustrated their installation process. Pleasant guy to work with. The estimate came in less than 48 hours. The price was right but we did not go with them since they would not repair the holes in the wall left after the sound proofing of interior walls. Other than that not meeting our needs, we may have used them.
Description of Work: Blown in fiberglass insulation into attic spaces and blown in cellulose insulation/ sound proofing of 2 interior walls.
