TIM'S SPA SERVICE

Tim was very professional, friendly, and polite. He did a very thorough job cleaning the spa and re-cleaning it with the chlorine and rinse treatment. The water is sparkling and perfect. It looks like the spa is new now. The cover works perfectly and looks great. The company that he bought the cover from messed up the order, but Tim quickly fixed the issue and ordered from a new spa cover provider. There was a little delay there but understandable. Tim is trustworthy and professional, and I am glad I used his services. Most of the price was from a brand new cover, the attachment to the spa, and the full cleaning needed. It's like a brand new spa and I couldn't be happier.

I needed my pool filter fixed as it was leaking water due to a worn gasket. By the time I discovered the problem, I was to leave soon on vacation. I was in a bit of a jam. I called Tim and he came out, took a look and gave me a price. He performed the work while I was gone and kept me informed. He had to come back the next day to restart the filter and gave me a reduced trip charge. When I returned from vacation, everything was working fine. He even left the replaced gaskets so I could see what he had done. I recommend him.

They were very professional. I was very pleased with it. I was very pleased with the person who did the job. The price was fair.

Contacted Tim on Sunday and he told me he would come over on Monday morning after dropping his child off at school. Tim arrived at my house around 9:00am on Monday. It took him about 30-45 minutes to fix the problem. He lowered his original quoted price because the job didn't take as long as he estimated. Tim is professional, friendly and provided excellent service.
