Description of Work: I was the only person in the store at the time and had trouble getting assistance from the two salespeople working. When I did manage to get help from one of them she seemed rushed and did not answer my questions. I was told to think over my choices and she would be back to me in a minute. When 15 minutes passed with no return I left the store. Needles to say, I did not do business with this company.

+ -1 moreWe bought a condo and are remodeling EVERYTHING. We wandered into Tile Matters and started looking around. They have a great showroom (lots of examples but smaller and not too overwhelming). But the best find for us was Brandi. We showed her a sample of our countertop and cabinets and she started pulling out samples of floor tiles that we liked right away! She put things together so easily and quickly that we liked. If you sign the list when you walk in the door, someone will help you as soon as they are available. If the rest of the staff is anything like Brandi, you can't go wrong. We got the kitchen tile installed (I don't think they do that) and it looks FANTASTIC! We went back for bathroom tile and are waiting for it to arrive but we have no doubt it'll be great. We will definitely return to Tile Matters for future projects.
Description of Work: We purchased ceramic tile for the kitchen floor, ceramic tile for the bathtub surround, and a slate mosaic to drop into the surround.

Description of Work: I went to the shop directly to see what it had re: tile. It was recommended by World of Flooring.

+ -1 moreHe works with the company that laid the tiles in our bathrooms. They were familiar with him. They would contact him when questions came up. They were excellent all the way. We will consider going there again in the future.

+ 0 moreThe staff at Tile Matters have separate areas where they provide a high level of personal service and support to the customer. The customers is able to select their pieces at separate tables set up in the showroom with an employee and no one is rushed. The selection is one of the best in a tile store.
Description of Work: I placed a special order for Jerusalem honed limestone. Tile Matters allowed me to place 3 separate orders until I selected the colors that I liked. The warehouse employee set out the 18" square pieces for me on the floor so that I was able to view the pieces in the light. This Company did not pressure me to take all of the pieces and they took their time to help me with three separate orders.

+ 2 moreThe salesperson offered a very artistic design. The employees were helpful and worked to make it cost effective according to my budget. I explained my desires and they were able to plot it out to meet my needs. It was a special order on some of the chosen tiles. The tiles arrived in a timely manner.
Description of Work: I purchased ceramic and granite tiles for my 11 x 10 foot bathroom. I purchased the tiles to use on the floors, walls, backsplash and on my full enclosed shower and tub deck.
