+ -1 moreChuck is extremely thorough and punctual. He arrived a few minutes early and spent nearly four hours inspecting every inch of my home. He was very patient and professional, taking his time to answer all my questions. I received my home inspection report later the same day! It was over 35 pages long with lots of pictures and explanations. Very high quality work. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Home buyer's inspection. Fantastic. Chuck is very thorough, his reports are well organized and documented, and his communication is quick and efficient. He is on top of current requirements and trends. I first met him when I was selling my condo. He was hired by the buyer. I was amazed at how many items he found wrong with my condo that I had to fix in order to appease the buyer. I decided right then that if I ever bought a place, I would hire him to be on my team this time. So, I did. He inspected a home for me and his thoroughness and attention to my questions allowed me to make a well educated decision and estimate, ultimately declining to buy the property and walk away knowing that it had too many issues to resolve within my budget and the local market value. It was a very small price to pay to find out that the home did not fit my needs or budget and would not have given me the return on my investment.
