Description of Work: I had a very dirty, (though until it was actually clean, I was unaware how badly) Indian, hand knotted rug. They did a fantastic job of cleaning it. The workers were knowledgable, professional and helpful. My rug was done on time, with no problems. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic and did impeccable, timely work. In the 20 years we've had the rugs, they've never been this clean, even when we first purchased them. They were very professional and everything was handled in a first class manner. They are enthusiastic about their work and we have recommended a lot of other people to them.
Description of Work: They cleaned two Persian carpets for us. There was some prior damage to the carpets and they indicated the repairs were not necessary and provided an estimate on the needed work.

Description of Work: I had a large Karastan rug that needed cleaning. They picked it up and did the cleaning and stored it for me while we were remodeling our home. When we finished the remodel, they delivered the rug promptly. The men that picked up and delivered were very professional as well as their office staff.

I was very impressed with their knowledge and openness of what they can do with rug cleaning and restoation. They explained all the details of what they would do, how long it would take and were kind enough to provide me with a 20% Angie's List Carry In discount. I have no reservations about highly recommending their rug cleaning and restoration abilities and would not hesitate to share my experince and recommendation to anyone looking for a high quality, rewarding job very well done!!!

+ 1 moreI first found this company through a friend who had already used them for services on their persian area rugs and heard nothing but great things. I never knew of a company that could clean and repair area rugs and was very happy to have found them. Upon walking into the facility I could tell not only by how it was being run, but by the knowledge of the owner and staff that they truly knew a lot about high end persian rugs. I dropped off my rugs and a week later they were cleaned, repaired and back down in my home for me to enjoy. I will continue to use Orange County Rug cleaners and highly reccommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: I had 2 antique persian rugs that required cleaning. One rug needed to have the fringe and chord repaired. My 2nd rug had a large tear in the rug from years of wear. Not only did the cleaning process make them like new again, the repairing of the two came out flawless. These rugs, now more than 70 years old, were passed down to me by my parents and they look like they did when my parents first bought them.
