Lines that were cleared are clean, however, the cleared lines didn't include guest bath tub or master bath shower. Camera line inspection of all lines (sink, kitchen, laundry, tub, and shower) was done (by Chris) on a follow-up and schedule was made to install additional 2-way clean outs for future line maintenance to street main line. The scheduled work was completed in days with payment due following completed work. The work was done quickly and cleanly, a follow-up call was made (by Chris) to confirm completed work.

Appointment was made within a week of calling them. Plumber showed up on time. Very professional and cleaned up the area after both jobs I would definitely use them again.

They gave me an estimate. They came and did a good job. Nick did a wonderful job. He was clean and smart. They get the work done when they say they would. I would call them again. The work was perfect. The job went according to plan.

I have used them a couple of times. They are very professional. They are no nonsense. They come in give me a quote, do the work, clean up and leave. The cost was neutral. I had figured out what it would cost for me to do it without labor and all the parts. They were very reasonable. The cost covered all new piping, from the dishwasher all the way out to the wall, and the industrial grade garbage disposal. I have had no problems. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.

The problem was diagnosed, locating the slab leak, the floor jack hammered to gain access to the leak, and repairs made. The work was performed in a timely fashion. The repairman was professional, competent and courteous. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend Professional Plumbing, Inc. Arrived a few minutes before the promised time. Quickly fixed the leaking toilet valvefor the prepaid price ageed. Left a copy of work report with suggestions for future work. Serviceman(Mark) was courteous and professional.

Initial contact was with Jay via email and phone. He was very quick to respond--within minutes at times. He took the time to understand what I wanted to do and gave excellent advice/recommendations. Purchased the $89 for $200 worth of plumbing which made this service a good deal compared to other plumbers. Chris was assigned to my case. I had an appointment for 11 AM to 1 PM. Chris called at 11:30 AM, saying that he would be by my house in about 30 minutes. He was very prompt. Truck was clean. Chris was clean, professional, and courteous. Explained the procedure to me and proceeded to work. He was very efficient at working. I could tell he was a perfectionist and wanted everything straight and clean before he was satisfied with the job. Chris seemed very knowledgeable. He cleaned up after he was finished and the finished product looked excellent. All went well. I expect to use Professional plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs. These guys are GOOD!

I took advantage of Professional Plumbing Inc.'s Big Deal - $200.00 worth of plumbing for $89.00, and am very glad I did! It was a very positive experience. Chris is very personable and good at explaining the problem and what needed to be done. The faucets in the guest bathroom needed parts that he does not carry on his truck, so he made a note to bring them top his next visit, which he did. Other things that went on his list were moving a faucet in the yard so as to provide easier access, and removing an old water softener that was probably leaking a substance into the water line. The biggest problem for us was that the water pressure in our home was so low that the tub/shower in one bathroom was not useable. When Chris increased the pressure setting it substantially increased the water pressure throughout the house. But it was not a complete solution to the low water pressure in the one bathrooms. So, he studied the location of both shower/tub fixtures, trying to decide how to attack the problem since it would involve to the pipes somehow. He wanted to think about the possibilities before he tackled the problem, and there was not time to do the job that day anyway. When he returned the following week, he had a helper with him who worked on the more simple problems while Chris tackled the shower problem. He removed the faucet and found that something was clogging one part of the pipes near the faucet. It was impossible to identify what the item was without opening the wall, which involved removing tiles, etc. Because of what he had already done the water pressure was much better and we decided to wait until later for that project. It was obvious that Chris and his helper were very knowledgeable about their trade and were dedicated to doing excellent work. We both were very pleased and will certainly call Chris for help in the future. A couple of weeks later the water pressure in that problem bathroom is just fine. Apparently, whatever was blocking the pipe is gone. Yeah!!

I Purchased and Angie's list deal. While most of these are pretty good, this one didn't save me any money. it was for $200 of plumbing services for $89. I got two other estimates in the $225-$250 range, so when the plumber told me it was $330, I asked him why the estimate was so much higher then my other estimates, was it perhaps the deal I purchased? That's when he go mad and started calling me Sweeties" as if I didn't know what I was speaking about. I told him I needed to think about what to do for a few minutes and he started packing up saying it will cost $$$ if he has to come back. Then the owner called me to discuss, and was very nice, sort of apologetic. I decided to complete the job, because it was going into a holiday weekend, and it really needed to be done, and I had already paid for the deal, and the quality reviews of this company are good, so against my nature, I said to do it. The plumber on site could barely look at me, but was all nice and friendly when my husband came to take a look. My husband thought I get treated differently being a women handling the problem.

The professional van with all the tools showed up on time, the man looked at the problem, then he fixed it in a timely manner.

Chris was thorough. Our clogged drain was years in the making and was not a quick or easy fix. Chris took his time and made sure that the job was done properly and then cleaned up after himself.Prompt, thorough and professional, we will call again!

Service provided by Mark L. Excellent service and very professional. I would (will?) have him back any time I need plumbing services. He drained and removed the old water heater (w/h). He took it with him so I didn't have to deal with disposing of the old w/h. He went to the store and purchased a new gas fired w/h and all the necessary fittings to install it. I noticed Mark took pictures of the existing installation so as not to have to make multiple trips for missed or forgotten plumbing. Once the new w/h was installed and tested, Mark cleaned off the driveway, explained my options for payment and went on to the next job. He was not only on time for our appointment, he was actually a few minutes early. The promise was between 1 and 3 pm he showed up slightly before 1 pm.

I purchased this deal yesterday and the service provider did contact me. The ad was a bit misleading because it did not specify that there were restrictions to tank-less water heaters so the provider was not able to perform services. I will not be moving forward with the deal and at this point I am requesting a refund.

I had these guys out twice for two separate jobs, and I will continue to call PP first. Even though it wasn't an emergency, I called Jay early in the morning hoping to get someone to come out same day. He was able to squeeze in a 2-4pm window (which not many companies do). I get a call from Mark L. a little later saying he just got off a job early and could he come out. Absolutely! So basically, he wasn't on time - but 5 hours early. Big points for that. I opened the garage door and Mark went straight to work. He completed the quality job in about 30 minutes, testing everything and making sure I was satisfied before he left. Great work. I'm very happy with PP. If my neighbors need quality, honest work I'll have no problem referring them.

I called Liz at Professional Plumbers, Inc. and was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me right away. Chris came right at the beginning of the time window that I had been given. Chris is extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. I had originally called about my toilets but while he was here, I showed him two other annoying problems I was having with my kitchen sink and guest bathtub. He said could fix them too. I was so happy to have these small problems taken care of without having to make a separate appointment. It was just a small additional fee. Chris was very polite, fast and neat and showed me exactly what he did. He also recommended I get new toilet handles as mine were beginning to fail. He showed me exactly what I needed to order and how I could screw them on myself. Professional Plumbers also offered a coupon for Angie's List members that saved quite a bit of money. It was $89 for $200 worth of labor. That gave me a great discount on the total bill which was $274, including parts for the guts of two toilets. I definitely would highly recommend Chris and Professional Plumbers to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I wasnt able to use the deal because I was located out of the service area, however they responded in a timely fashion.
