I was so shocked at the Review.... We take all our reviews very seriously and after talking with the Tech and trying to understand what was going on, I think you have the wrong company. I noticed you said the date of service was Sept 16th. The only work we did for you was on Nov 10th. If you have the wrong company, we understand mistakes happen and would appreciate if you would contact Angie's List to have this review removed, as we will be doing so also. If you feel you have the right company but made a mistake on the date, please let us know. The reason I feel you have the wrong company is in the response below, I wrote this prior to seeing the discrepancy in the dates of service. I am not sure what more we can do. You bought the deal on Nov 10th and we were at your home before 1:00 pm the same day and you gave us an "F" for Responsiveness. We were 16 mins earlier than the scheduled time and you gave us a "D" for Punctuality. You supplied all the parts and we have not heard of any problems, leaks or other issues that are related to a problem with the installation but we got another "F". The only job you wanted done was to install your garbage disposal, and for $89 which is less than our minimum service call, another "F". It is very rare we ever hear of one of our tech not being 100% Professional, But I know none would ever be rude,,,, "F" again. If I am missing something please let me know. I am just having a hard time trying to understand why we got a review like this.
