Great service. Mark was punctual and finished the job quickly. The facet had been installed incorrectly and was covered in glue . Mark removed the incorrect parts and his work looked professional......no glue!

Let me just say Amazing - from first contact to final 'thank you'. After our initial contact through Angie's List - we were promptly contacted by Liz and an appointment was made for the same day. We were given a 2 hour service window - and to our surprise, Mark showed up early (anytime a contractor shows up early to an appointment is OK with me). Mark snaked out the clog and then took the time to run a courtesy camera and show us the "bellies" in our sewer lines. He did this for the clogged line as well as our second sewer line. Mark explained the ramifications of "bellies" and made a recommendation of running a blade down the line to clear out any additional debris. Mark was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will gladly invite him into our home...and yes, we'll have Professional Plumbing back as a follow-up to their recommendation. Anytime you call a plumber - it can be a little disconcerting (it's not always under the best circumstances) but you can feel comfortable contacting Professional Plumbing. I'm sure Liz and Mark will take good care of you.

It was nothing more than a flow restrictor, which was plugged up with years of usage. He removed it and restored water pressure. He felt bad that it was such a simple fix and asked if there were any more plumbing problems or questions. I asked him about how to clean the Jacuzzi tub in our master bathroom. He gave me step-by-step instructions. He was extremely professional, very nice, extremely well dressed. I would recommend him highly.

They were very professional and excellent in their work. It seemed expensive to us, but in reality we have nothing to compare to since it's not something that could be easily quoted.

Technician (Chris Kirsten) was on time, communicated very well by calling before he showed up, was very professional, explained everything he did and why, gave me a number of great tips on unrelated plumbing topics. Re-snaked one of the clean-outs multiple times to ensure that the job was done correctly. I have had people out to deal with this issue in the past but Chris snaked a clean-out that the other plumbers ignored or didn't know was there. Leak checked everything. And he was great with my dogs! Could not be happier.

I worked with Mark and he helped me in ordering the correct trim kit for the tub/shower. He was always prompt and explained what he was doing. He did a great job and I would use Professional Plumbing again for any needs. Thank you.

It went well with no hitches. Both tasks were finished within the time allowed by the special price. Plumber also recommend future replacement of kitchen sink drain and plastic plumbing under the sink. He repaired a leak in a plastic plumbing joint. I am extremely happy with the work done.

Plumber was very courteous and arrived on-time. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print on the deal I purchased - which didn't cover needed repair. This was explained in detail and job re-quoted. Work was performed, tested and area cleaned after job was completed. Overall very happy with Professional Plumbing.

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very familiar with the model faucet I purchased from Costco. He also knew exactly what was needed to fix the running toilet. He didn't try to sell me anything un-necessary. Everything works great now.

They're great. Mark is the plumber that comes to my home. He always gives me a heads up on any other issues that may be present to keep me aware of the issues, not to sell more services to me. I really appreciate that. They're prompt, reasonable, and they're just very good!

I had forgotten that I had received this service until I recently found the receipt. I don't remember any major concerns that I had with the work nor anything that was particularly outstanding in a positive way. My ratings of B across the board are mostly due to the fact that it was 13 months ago and I don't recall much about the repair.

I called for a quote and a plumber came to my house on time. I gave them two options with plans and asked for pricing. After two weeks, I heard nothing. I called to ask for pricing and still nothing. They called me back the next day and said they couldn't price two options. They're disorganized and we didn't even start the work. Would hate to be stuck in the middle of a project with this kind of communication.

The plumber was professional, on time, and polite. I would certainly use then again.

I though I had a roof leak but it turned out to be a leaking pipe connection in the ceiling. I had roofers come and open up the roof and was able to get an appointment for a plumber to come by the next day. I did not want the roof open for too long. Chris came on time and was able to fix the pipe in the ceiling without having to tear down the ceiling. He was very prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. He had me go up and inspect the work before he left. He left everything clean and even put the covering back before he left. Fantastic plumber with decent prices. Would not hesitate to work with Professional Plumbing and Chris in the future. You should not look anywhere else for a plumber.

Good. I'd use them again. A little pricey. But just a little. And, the extra professionalism, quality and service was worth it.

Mark replaced the kitchen faucet and repaired the backyard faucet (without having to replace the whole thing). He was very professional and efficient, and explained what the problems were and recommended options.
