Description of Work: Job was to clear blocked drain in bathroom sink. Plumber disconnected pipe under sink and snaked pipe. Drain has remained clear ever since.

Description of Work: The plumber came to my house on time and completed the work very quickly. I called back a week later due to an unrelated issue but the plumber came back and fixed it free of charge. Very polite and professional. I would certainly use them again....

Description of Work: I was having a small leak in my kitchen faucet and needed it fixed. He told me I needed to get a new faucet. Once I got the new faucet, I could reschedule him to come out to install it. The cost would be about $250. |I purchased a faucet and called someone else to install it at a cost of $89.

Description of Work: I did not like the fact that even though I had emailed them before letting them know exactly what I needed done and asking them if my 89.00 for $200.00 would cover that; they still came out and wanted to charge me an additional 750.00 for the same work. Of course I said no and had them only do 2/3 of the job, but still had to pay an additional $60.00 which I still did not like.

The plumber was very personable and professional, and he didn't try sell me anything I didn't need. I would call this company again if needed.

Description of Work: Purchased this deal to replace my hose faucet with a new one. When the man arrived, he presented me with a a hose faucet which was different that what I recalled being pictured on Angie's List. This was a slight problem and he tried to reach his company, I tried to reach Angie's List and neither one of us could reach the desired person. He left to get the faucet I remembered/wanted and returned four hours later with the correct part. He was pleasant about it when he returned stating he wanted my continued business. When Angie's List returned my call, I was in the right. . . . the faucet came with a round knob, not the cheaper thing the man originally presented to me. I thought that was a little uncool.

Description of Work: Found a small piece of plastic that was caught in my fresh water supply. It was causing my water to run slow. Had to cut into the wall both upstairs and downstairs. Did a great job, just was more expensive than I expected. I still need to get the walls repaired.

Description of Work: I called in the morning when I discovered a slab leak and someone was out within about an hour. He was very professional and kept me informed as he investigated the leak. It was investigated and repaired quickly with minimal damage to my walls (a single 1' diameter hole to access the main pipe junction).

Description of Work: I USED THE ANGIE'S LIST SPECIAL DEAL "$99 TANKLESS WATER HEATER FLUSH AND PLUMBING INSPECTION". A REALLY GREAT JOB, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND ON TIME AND I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN WHEN I HAVE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
