I showed him the work i wanted done - fix two running toilets and a leaking outdoor faucet - and he prepared a written scope of work with a cost estimate which we jointly reviewed. I then approved the work estimate and the technician completed the job in about two hours and then tested the repairs with me. I then approved the completed work and paid for the repairs.

Description of Work: We had a gas leak and when Chris and Vince came out the first time, they were able to diagnose the problem and cap off the pipes so that we were still able to have hot water. They were able to come back in 2 days and perform the repairs needed. The pipes that lead to the dryer and outside barbecue were really corroded and they replaced everything that needed replacing. They also took out old pipe leading to the pool heater, which we no longer had. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Tankless Water Heater flush/descale & overall plumbing inspection -- used Angie's List $99.00 coupon that I had purchased. Nothing but praises for the plumber, Chris. He was prompt, professional, & knowledgeable. I had some additional plumbing concerns that he looked at & were easily resolved. He made a suggestion on my tankless heater that I will resolve. I will definitely use this company again & specifically Chris.

Ian let me know just what he was doing and about how long it should take to fix. After the online purchase I only had to pay $65.

Description of Work: I hesitated to call, but did I get lucky! In order to repair damages and replace the broken shower handle and matching plate, Ian had to cut a square of stucco from the common wall, shared by the bedroom on the other side, to expose the pipes. He did so with such precision that you cannot even tell where he made the cuts, avoiding costly re-stuccoing. |We are very pleased and thank you for a job well done. |
