With all the new health concerns caused by COVID-19 we at Professional Plumbing Inc have increased our efforts to make sure we help stop the spread of this virus. All our technicians are now wearing a new set of gloves and booties into each home. All tools are wiped down with wipes made to kill germs, not just clean them before going back into the trucks. Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. Thank you for your continued business. We are not the typical plumbers, our guys are neat and clean, well groomed, respectful of you and your property. They arrive in a clean truck that is well stocked, and best of all we don't try to charge you a ridiculous amount of money to do a so-so job. Minor plumbing leaks to replacing the sewer line in you front yard. We can handle any plumbing issue you have quickly and we are affordable. We are here to help. We want your business and it shows on every job we do. We come in and quickly solve your plumbing issues, then we clean up so well that you can't really tell that we were even there, except of course, your plumbing is working the way it is supposed to. Description of Work: Could not be happier! Nick, who came, was professional and polite, both in his work and conduct, (especially working on our kitchen sink faucet, which was a disaster area). The work was done professionally with a cost that was fair and reasonable. He even pointed out additional things I had missed and not to find a way to run up the bill. Cannot find enough superlatives to express my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They did nothing except to come out and tell me that since the faucet was a sweat fitting, the cost would be $200 minus the $49 that I had paid. I declined it that it was not a good deal in that his normal cost was $200 and he only wanted to credit me the amount that I had paid on the "deal" Please refund my $49 paid. Dennis |Sundstrom

Dear [Member name removed] We apologize that you were unable to utilize the Angie's List coupon at this time. We try to put everything in writing in the "Fine Print" of the coupon to make it as easy as possible for you the customer, so as not to waste your time or our time. It did state in the fine print that the deal was for a threaded hose bib only. I Am sorry you did not notice that. You also gave us very low scores on other areas such as punctuality and professionalism which I do believe is rather unfair as we were on time and did take the time to explain to you politely and professionally the price differences. We feel the $146.00 (not $200) was a far price for the soldered on hose bib. Hopefully in the future you will be able to use the coupons offered by Angie's List vendors after carefully reading all the fine print. Thank you Liz

Description of Work: Replaced five angle stops and tubing for variouss toilettes and faucets. The workman performed the work in a very professional and efficient manner. He ensured the water was drained properly before replacing the angle stops so there was no spillage. After the work he ensured all the air was bled out of the system. He also did additional work which he was not expected to do. He fixed the kitchen faucet which had had a low flow for years. I was very pleased with the service and the additional work he did without even asking.
