Professional, clean, job under kitchen sink and ran snake all the way out to street make certain drain line was clear. No problems. Professional Plumbing Inc. is my go to plumbing service ever since they fixed a slab leak problem back in March of 2014. Always professional, punctual, clean, and fair pricing.

Mark came out to do the work. I will give him a "B" for workmanship and a "F" for attitude and personality. I had to call Mark out the next day to fix a problem I have with his workmanship. When he came out next day for a recall he was like a different person. He had like a prima-donna attitude and gave me the impression that senior citizens, which I am, were idiots. And also tried to blame me on having him come out a second to fix the problem. Would I hire him again Angie's dose not have a MAYBE category.

They are professional and prompt when you schedule an appointment. They are reasonably priced.

Excellent. I have used Professional Plumbing multiple times now, specifically requesting Chris to handle the jobs. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough, tells you up front what he is going to do, is friendly & a professional worker. I will definitely continue to request & use Chris. He removed the old supply line, fill valve, & flapper, then replaced with new parts.

Very Professionally completed before time

Work was completed as quickly and efficiently. Customer service skills were excellent. We even got a follow up call two days later to see how everything was working!

They were on time and did the work quickly and cleaned up, They made sure that the area was cleaned up. I didn't have any mess to take care of after they left. They were courteous and did good work. I would hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Jay and all the guys at Professional Plumbing Inc. are terrific. They really went the extra mile for us. They went to the manufacturer to find parts so that we wouldn't have to replace an expensive shower fixture. About 4 years ago, we redid our master bathroom. We used Kohler fixtures which are very pretty but very expensive to service when something goes wrong. The shower has a dual shower head with one fixed shower head and an hand held one. There is a diverter to switch them. It became almost impossible to switch between them over time and finally it just broke completely. I had used Professional Plumbing before and liked them so I called them again. I emailed Jay a photo of our Kohler shower head with the model number which saved me a call out to the house. Jay called his supplier to buy the diverter switch and the guy told him he would have to replace the entire fixed shower head and diverter at a price of over $450 just for the parts. Total cost would be over $650, when all I needed was the diverter replaced. Jay took the initiative and called Kohler directly. Kohler agreed to sell him just the diverter parts so that he could rebuild the original fixture. Total cost to repair with labor came to just $250. They had the parts sent to them and Chris came to install in less that 2 weeks. Chris did a terrific job taking the entire shower head apart and putting it back together in working order. He's a really nice guy too. The shower works perfectly now. Jay and Professional Plumbing went out of their way to save us money. I highly recommend them.

Called at 7:30 pm on Wednesday. Came out on Thursday at 3 pm. I got a verbal estimate. I was given a written estimate before the job was started. Was on time! Mark rootered the drain. Took about 15-20 minutes and now my sink, washer, and dw have stopped backing up. He wrote that because he found some roots that there would be no guarantee, but the problem seems to be fixed.. I will call him for yearly service. Pleased with the job.

Excellent. Mark was there within 25 minutes after I called. He was clean, thorough, and did a great job. He explained what he was doing as I watched, and was kind enough to remove the old faucets, even though I was planning to do it myself. I will definitely hire him again. It couldn't have gone better. Professional Plumbers Inc. were easy to deal with. Mark, who did the work, was a straight forward, low pressure, thoroughly competent guy. The cost of the project matched his estimate and was very competitive in comparison with three other plumbers I consulted. The shower works well. Would I hire them again? Heck yeah!

The plumber, Mark, arrived at the scheduled time and did the plumbing work expertly. He was courteous with a pleasant demeanor. I will ask for Mark the next time I have a plumbing job.

Chris was great! He took the time and came over before the installation to see if I had purchased the right sink. I had not. I live in a mobile home, and I bought a cast iron sink that was way too big and heavy. Chris said if he puts in that sink, it would drop to the floor. Good thing to know. The faucet was wrong too. See why I use Angie's List? So, I looked around and purchased a stainless steel sink which I really hadn't consider, but I love it! Chris arrived on time, very well dressed! (Their ad is correct!) It took him 3 hours to install, and he showed me how everything worked! He's a perfectionist! I like that! Everything was left clean, and he gave me his card and said any problems, give him a call! Replaced spigots that were causing leaks in the bathtub. Leaks are gone.

Mike was very pleasant and stated that he couldn't really tell me how much it would cost until he got under the house (a 1962 home) to see where he could connect the waterline for the refrigerator. I knew that the cost would be more than the coupon so it was not a problem at all. Not only did he install the water line, which involved turning off the water and draining all the water in the house and placing new piping, but he went ahead and capped an old gas line that was behind the frig (the original owners had a gas running refrigerator at one time), but capped it below the house, which was great. He was obviously knowledgable and was able to just get in and do it. he was working for about 2 1/2 hours at least. I would definitely recommend Mike and Professional Plumbing again. Thank You!!

It went okay. I think it was fine. We paid a little more but it was okay with us. They were okay. They were good. They were pretty much on time. I would possibly use them in the future.

The working space was limited which made it a difficult installation. In addition the old faucet did not go easily. It required a lot of effort to remove the old faucets.

The plumber showed up within allotted time frame, performed some tests to determine where the leak was originating. This was a copper / brass connection that probably hasn't been replaced in 50 years,. He replaced the fitting and tested to ensure the leak was no longer present. Did a great job

I purchased garbage disposal. They came on time, confirmed I needed new disposal, installed it quick and everything went well. Great price. I would recommend.

Purchased the Angie's List deal. Honestly, the $89 didn't go far -- certainly not $200 worth -- and I ended up needing to pay extra. The plumber also kept trying to upset better hoses, which cost more. They fixed the leak, but I won't use them again as a result.

Advised that it was most likely shower pan, suggested get a tile company to check underneath.
