With all the new health concerns caused by COVID-19 we at Professional Plumbing Inc have increased our efforts to make sure we help stop the spread of this virus. All our technicians are now wearing a new set of gloves and booties into each home. All tools are wiped down with wipes made to kill germs, not just clean them before going back into the trucks. Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. Thank you for your continued business. We are not the typical plumbers, our guys are neat and clean, well groomed, respectful of you and your property. They arrive in a clean truck that is well stocked, and best of all we don't try to charge you a ridiculous amount of money to do a so-so job. Minor plumbing leaks to replacing the sewer line in you front yard. We can handle any plumbing issue you have quickly and we are affordable. We are here to help. We want your business and it shows on every job we do. We come in and quickly solve your plumbing issues, then we clean up so well that you can't really tell that we were even there, except of course, your plumbing is working the way it is supposed to. Description of Work: Purchased the special from Angies List for $85. Had this company install an outdoor water faucet by tapping into the incoming sprinkler line. He did an awesome job! The work was neat, clean, and quality. He also disconnected a water cooler under my sink and fixed the water lines appropriately. I have already recommended this plumber to some friends!

Description of Work: The name of my service contractor was Coast Plumbing and they were excellent.. We had a stopped up drain in the kitchen.. It took the service man over an hour to clear it out - but he was curteous, polite and very professional, and determined to fix our problem.

Description of Work: Chris was great. He explained what was wrong with our tankless w heater, descaled it, checked and cleaned other parts, installed a new filter, checked the pressure of the gas going into the tankless and found I needed to call the Gas Co. He was right and the Gas Co installed a new gas meter. Chris will be out today to reinspect and check for correct pressure. We also might have a leak that needs to be found and he will check for it.

Description of Work: Rebuilt two of the toilets and fixed shower hot water. Went well. One of the toilets still runs for quite a while after it flushes. My husband wants to call them back out but I haven't. I liked the service gu, he was really nice. I think plumbing is pricey in general. I don't have anything to compare it to so I cannot say if what I paid was competitive or not and i actually do not remember exactly what I paid for total service.
