The service went well. There were a number of issues that were going on at the time and I kind of knew that. They came out and made recommendations which I followed. We ended up replacing several of the units that were there. The information was timely. Some of the expenses were obviously not what I wanted to pay, but they certainly exceeded my expectations and needs. So, I would use them again. They took the time to do the analysis. They walked me through what the issues were and the jobs and his work. He gave me a variety of choices or alternatives to proceed with. They were very positive to their customers obviously. I would say the price was moderate. It was a reasonable price for the work done. I do not think it was a super great Deal, but I do not think that I was not overtly charged either. The quality of work done was top-notch. The works are pretty good. I thought they were well-organized. I got contacted. They set up the appointment, and they were right on-time. They let me know about thirty minutes of them showing up that they were coming. I thought they communicated effectively.

The were on time, neat, friendly and professional. Installed the new faucet as well as discovered a leak under one of our other sinks which they repaired.... My husband was very pleased with their service and the person that took care of us.

It was very good. They were professional and on time. They were excellent. They put on the valves because the house was older. The valves were $90 each and the flange was about $60 or $80, but I can't remember. I think the price was okay. I haven’t had that much plumbing done so it is hard for me to judge it. It seems fair because there was work. They were honest. I own an apartment building and I know that he was being honest about what it needed. So, I like that.

The service went okay. He did the job very quickly and well. He ended up installing a new sink faucet and the hardware for the sink. The technician was nice and pleasant. He seemed to enjoy his job and scheduling was very easy.

The service turned out well. I spent more than the $89 I purchased the Big Deal for. They did a great job as far as setting up an appointment and showing up on time. I was not a hundred percent pleased on how they installed the faucet because it was difficult to install. The installer did seem to take a little bit of the easy way out, but when I called back and told them that I needed it adjusted, there was actually no problem. They were extremely helpful. The guy came back out and did a great job. They did a really great job resolving any issue.

He was on time and first took a look at the situation to determine the exact problem and how best to approach it. I was working through my son as I was at work, but from all reports he did the best he could to keep down costs. Fortunately he was able to access the problem area through the already present opening which potentially saved a lot of money right there. He even asked first what I might have already in my garage to keep from having to get any additional parts unless they were absolutely needed. I appreciate that kind of forethought and courtesy. He did have to replace the mixer but was able to keep the labor cost within the deal amount I had purchased. The only additional cost was parts. He was very careful to explain what he needed to do in a way that my son was able to tell me. I would use them again.

What a joke. The advertised offer was $200 worth of plumbing work for $89. So I have four leaking sinks in two separate bathrooms. Nothing major just a little dribble underneath the faucet cap. I have replaced these items before. It's not hard to install them. Also, my garbage disposal had started to leak on the bottom. It appeared that the case was cracked. It was a Badger 1/2 hp and had served me well for over eight years so I'm not complaining. Ian arrived in a timely fashion. I showed him the Delta faucet stems and he said he did not have them on his truck. Then he said he would have to go shop around for them. These parts costs $7. So I needed eight of them. So I figured 60 or $70. Then he and I went downstairs to the garbage disposal. Ian confirmed that the case had a crack in it and that was causing the leak. He suggested that he install a new badger garbage disposal which he happened to have on his truck. I asked him how much. He said $450. I whistled. I said no thank you. Ian said how about $375. I said no thank you again. That garbage disposal, identical to what I had installed, cost $90 on Amazon with free shipping. I figure about 30 or 45 minutes to install it so I'm wondering how much money Ian makes per hour. Sounds like he was making about $700 per hour. At that moment I strongly considered becoming a plumber. So once he confirmed with me that I was not going to pay him $450 or $375 to install a garbage disposal he went to find the valves. He was gone about an hour. He was only able to find four valve stems so only two of the sinks could be fixed. That took him about 10 or 15 minutes. Then Ian was done. I was talking with him at this time and I asked him how much of my $200 did I have left. Ian said that my $200 was all used up in labor and travel time to go get the valves. Oh and the best part is Ian charged me $75 for the four valve stems that he had purchased. I said wow that's pretty chintzy. This was a ripoff in my opinion. 0h, by the way, I ordered the badger from Amazon. It arrived in two days. I would get a C or a C+ as a handyman on my best day. I installed the badger in less than 30 minutes. It did not leak. I had no specific problems other than a skinned knuckle.

That turned out great. They fixed our gas meter. Just one plumber came out and it took him about half an hour. He was very informative. He let me know what was going on with the meter. We also had been told something by another company and he let us know that was false information.

It went very well. About 3.5 days, the inspection from the city was fast & with no problems. Again, professional, he cleaned up and took away all the plaster / galvanized piping, etc. It was a good experience. He would call in the morning to tell me when he expected to be onsite. Great job & it's nice to take a shower without feeling like you need to reach up and squeeze the water out of the pipe!!!

Charged me triple the cost because he said that the online coupon was only for threaded pipes and he had to solder the pipe; there was nothing in the coupon that indicated this. I have not had a chance to contact the company to resolve this, but after reading some other comments it seems like this is a common occurrence.

Arrived on schedule, was very professional and knowledgable and did a great job in speedy manner.

Chris did a great job. Punctual, professional, very friendly with my dogs.

Ian, the plumber, was right on time and performed the work in a very timely manner. He also advised me of any future issues that might arise after surveying my bathrooms. He was reasonably priced and I was pleased with his work.

They informed me I need a new toilet and did not need our deal. He also suggested the right kind toilet. They suggested I get a refund. He also provided product information.

I contacted them on Thursday February 20. I received an e-mail response the same day and scheduled for someone to come and look at it on Monday February 24. The person who came identified the source of the leak being the faucet and he suggested that I go and buy the replacement from Lowe's. He also recommended a certain brand (Grohe). He replaced the faucet as soon as I came back from Lowe's. When he closed the water source to fix the problem he noticed that the water pressure to the house was high and suggested that I have it replaced. He gave me a quote of $565.00 for parts and labor. I have promised to have it done in the future. In general, I was very satisfied with the promptness, courtesy and professionalism of the person who came. The coupon did not apply to the job I currently need, so I am getting a refund. However, I will use them in the future for my next project. I had no issue with the company.

The service turned out alright. It cost a little more than we anticipated, but he had to replace a lot of parts. He gave good service. They came 2 days after I purchased the big deal. I was surprised that they came out so quickly. The additional cost came as a surprise, but the quality was good. He called us to let us know that he was running late, but he was just a few minutes late.

They said that if it is a solid hose faucet that they would have to charge me $225. The deal was misleading. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

It turned out OK. I had no problems at all since the installation. He did fine work. It was just a little bit more expensive than I thought it was going to be. They discussed the charges before the work was completed, but they were unexpected.

The pipe was leaking gas and needed to be replaced. He didn't have the right size pipe. He had to go to Home Depot. He made the five minute trip while he was waiting for the water heater to flush. He charged $180.00 for this. He didn't have a receipt. He said $100 for house call and $80 for the pipe. He told me this after he had replaced the pipe. The only price he quoted before he went to the store was whatever the pipe would cost. I priced the pipe at Home Depot. The most expensive one was $37.00. I called the office to request a receipt. They said they couldn't provide it. I then asked to speak to the owner. He finally returned my call the next day. I told him I thought the markup on the pipe was robbery as it was more than over 100%. He said he had to make a profit. I then questioned the service call on top of the $99 I paid for Angie's Big Deal. He said he had to charge the house call because it wasn't included in the deal. I said that was silly because instead of just standing around for 45 minutes to wait for the flush, his technician had gone to the store. He finally said he would give me a $30 refund on the pipe. For a professional plumber who services tankless water heaters I was very surprised that he did not have appropriate supplies. I really feel taken advantage of. I was going to have them service my water heater every year but that's not going to happen. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my membership to Angie's List as well. I still haven't decided
