Professional Plumbing gave me outstanding service. First, they came out on a Sunday to attend to my emergency plumbing problem -- we had no water due to a major piping problem. Second, Chris came to my house at the time he said he would which was only 45 minutes after I logged-on to Angie's List looking for a plumber. Third, Chris outlined 3 options to repair the problem listing them by cost from least expensive to most expensive. Lastly, Chris was able to make the least repair option work. I was completely impressed with the professionalism of the provider and the speed with which my problem was repaired. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and I feel the cost was fair and appropriate. I purchased an Angie's List voucher for $89 to receive $200 worth of labor from Professional Plumbing. As our water heat was 10 years old, we decided to be pro-active and replace it before there were any leaks. I called Liz at Professional Plumbers. She could not have been more helpful or more patient. My husband wanted a specific water which their supplier did not carry. She tried to get the water heater he wanted, but to no avail. She then carefully explained that we could buy the water heater on our own, but that would limit our installation warranty with them. In the end, after much back and forth, we purchased a Rheem water through Professional Plumbing's supplier to ensure that all warranties would be in place. This process went on for 2-3 days with me calling Liz several times a day. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her professionalism. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new water went without a hitch. Mark and Vince showed up within the specified time. Liz estimated that the removal and installation would take 4-5 hours. It took 5 hours. Both Mark and Vince put tarps down to protect our floors. Although there was some scuffing of the stairs, I really appreciated that Mark pointed it out to me so I could address it with stain immediately. Mark took the time to make sure both the hot and cold water feeds were working properly. When Mark tested the pressure valve that came with the water heater, it leaked so he replaced it with one from his truck.When the job was completed, Mark reviewed the warranties with me and the model and serial numbers of the new water heater. Both Mark and Vince were polite and worked efficiently.

The technician came out on time, was professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend to all my friends and family and will use them again.

Ian, the technician, arrived within one-hour after my call for assistance. The work was done on a Saturday afternoon and Ian diagnosed the problem without hesitation. The drains were cleared of any obstructions within a very short period of time and Ian double-checked the free flow of the unclogged drains to ensure that all was well before he departed. I would recommend this company to all who are in need of a professional approach to doing the job.

I purchased the big deal for $199 which states: $199 for an earthquake automatic gas shut-off valve installed. But the fine print also states: Deal does not include reconfiguration of the line; service can be provided for an additional fee. After looking at my gas line the technician told me it would cost $125 to reconfigure the line. He was very nice and did not push me to proceed, and even told me I could cancel the deal or shop around. I had not anticipated that my installation would require this reconfiguration but after some consideration I decided to pay the extra fee and have him perform the work. Overall he did an excellent job with the installation. Good quality work.

It was fine. They were very easy to work for. He fixed what what I was thought was wrong. He was on time, nice, and professional.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were here last Friday. They did amazing work, I was very happy. We paid an additional $40 for parts that we did not get when we purchased the garbage disposal. They came in early, and they were polite. There is nothing that I can say I didn't like. It was a pleasant, easy, no stress experience. The work took a little over an hour, and he was very efficient, and very clean.

I purchased $200 of work on an Angie's Deal. Chris showed up on time, clean and professional. He listened to what I wanted to have done then gave me 3 very good options depending on the money I wanted to spend and the mess I wanted to endure. While he was there, I had him look at my water softener plumbing. The original owners had installed a softener but it only went to the hot water tank. We never received the full benefit of the softener. Chris took a look at the maze of plumbing in my garage and suggested a re-pipe strategy. He did both jobs at a fair price. Now my shower is beautiful and my new soft water is awesome! Chris knows his trade. He is good with dogs and even better with people. I hit the jackpot with this company! Hiring Contractors can be such a crap shoot. I have put these jobs off for a while because I didn't want to deal with another half-a** plumber just looking to grab my money and run. The entire process from scheduling to service was nearly a pleasure. Looking for a plumber? Don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Wow, plumbing is so much more expensive than planned. The total for the work done was $425.00 with the $89 for $200 worth of work, it cost me $225. Ian was very nice and professional and very clean. He was helpful and informative and I am thrilled to have a working toilet without having to purchase a new one.

Before he started working I asked if they would take the deal if I purchased it now. He said, yes and went to get his tools from the truck. I purchased the deal and when he came back in he told me he would not honor it. I am very unhappy.

Nick came out and assessed my issues and surmised that the constant clogging was from cheap builder grade toilets. He offered a recommendation for new toilets and an estimate for replacing them. There was no charge for the assessment and no hard sells from Nick. The estimates were a bit high since I can do the labor myself. Nick was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I will call this company again if I have more complex plumbing issues.

Nick was the person who first came to my house and provided the very reasonable estimate for the work I wanted to do. He was very professional and friendly, and he shared bits of his extensive experience with us during the estimate. After I bought the necessary parts from Pacific Sales, I called Nick to let him know that I would like to go ahead with the project and scheduled with Liz at Professional Plumbing. Nick came on time on the day of the install and got to work right away. He first checked all the parts I bought and checked to see if he had all the connectors and parts he needed to complete the job, he quickly realized he needed to make a run to the store to pick up the necessary parts. Once he came back, he started working on the guest bath, since that was the most frequently used bathroom. After some careful measurements, he cut out a piece of drywall behind the shower valve so he could access the copper pipes in the wall. He quickly removed the old builder-grade shower valve and trim, cut out the old rough-in, enlarged the hole in the shower wall so he can install the much larger rough-in. After he installed the new rough-in and valve, he removed the old shower bar and shower head and tub spout, and proceeded to install the new ones. After he finished the work in the guest bath, he proceeded to work on the master bath, which was a simpler job since it only needed replacement of the new valve and rough-in. During testing the new valve he also took time to troubleshoot the existing shower head. His quality of work and professionalism and experience was very evident. The cost of the job did not include patching of the drywall.

They over price the cost of replacing the bathroom faucets. Its almost $700 with the Angie's List Big Deal coupon are you kidding me!! I read the online reviews of the Job they have performed and how much money they charged to the customers, they seemed to be reasonable, but not when they gave me my actual estimate. It DOES NOT match to the pricing stated in the reviews at all! I find this deal very misleading.

We have used Professional three times since the original Angie's deal. They are the best! Ian, who we've for all our jobs is knowledgeable, friendly, doesn't and efficient. The best thing is he explains in layman's terms what the problem is and promptly repairs it. He leaves everything sparkly clean and we've never had occasion to call them back. Liz and Jay in the office were helpful and organized getting my appointment handled promptly and following up. I have recommended them to several friends.

The service went very well. The technician did great work and I definitely plan on using them again. I used them a couple of times. I had a toilet replaced, a garbage disposal replaced, they installed a new faucet in the kitchen, they cleaned 3 drains and replaced a new instant hot feature in the kitchen with the faucet. I paid an additional fee to have them do all of the work I needed done. They provided all of the appliances for me so I did not have to go buy those things. The technician was also personable, on time and returned my calls quickly. I had no issues scheduling the service and this is now my regular plumber.

Mark responded to my call to Professional Plumbers and performed the work. He was very professional and helpful. He told me what he could and would do and the pros and cons of the service. Some of the options would have been less expensive, but I decided to let him do what he reccomended. My wife and I are pleased with the results.

The service went fine. I paid additional for the extra work we needed. They replaced a pressure regulator, replaced a toilet and flow valve. They also did a few other small plumbing jobs. I thought the additional pricing was a little high, but the quality of service seems to be worth it. I am not convinced the deal was worth what I purchased it for. The technician was very efficient and showed up to the appointment on time. It appears the work he did was good and he was happy to explain everything to me. I had no issues with scheduling and they were very accommodating.

Mark came out on time and came in under budget was professional, friendly and straight to the point. He gave me advice on not replacing stuff I didn't need to, advised me on things to do and not to do, and had enough parts on his truck to finish the job without leaving for the "HD" run most do. Really thankful to Mark L. for a job well done.

Angie refund number: 140620-001319 Have leaky faucets in bathroom, Nick Haas came out and said I needed new faucets, I did not have new faucets and I asked if he had some on his truck, he did not. Said that since he did not fix my problem he would have Angie's list refund the charge of $79.00. I would definitely use Professional plumbing in the future, when I can afford new faucets. I think he was very honest and told me the problem right away, very nice and kind man.

I initially bought this Deal, becuase I had a leaky kitchen sink that needed replaced. There were no leaks below the sink, the only issue was with the faucet. They also repaired an outdoor spigot that I wasn't able to turn off. When they originally showed up, the faucet that I had ordered was broken. I left my house to get a new faucet from Home Depot, which is very close to my home. During this time, he fixed the outdoor faucet. Upon my return, he installed the new kitchen unit. He finished the job in a little over two hours. It seemed a very simple job, and at least 30 minutes was spent talking to the plumber at the beginning and end of his stay. I was shocked when I received an invoice for this work totalling in $370 on top of the $79 I had paid for $200 of work. After I had paid the invoice, I contacted the owner in regards to the pricing. I spoke to Liz in the office, she said that "we don't make any money on these Deals" and "that's how we get into people's doors." I was shocked that she would say this to me. When I confronted the owner about what she said, he supported her statement completely. I feel the Big Deal was a total scam. He did mention that they may have overcharged me for the angle strips and offered to refund $65 back to me. I feel I am owed at least $100 for the angle strips, and their prices were falsely inflated because I had purchased a Big Deal. The Big Deal also included a plumbing inspection, which they never did. The owner did offer to have someone come out and perform this inspection, but at this point, I don't want to deal with their company any longer.

I ordered the replace a faucet outside deal. They called to schedule and set me up immediately and were very upfront about what was and wasn't included offering immediate refund if I wasn't going to be happy. Either way, Chris came out and replaced my faucet quickly and just as I had wanted for the deal price. I had some other minor fixes I wanted taken care of, and he gave me upfront good pricing, so I had it all done that day. The added a gas line with a valve for my outside grill, and moved a gas line, and fixed up my faucet. Chris was very courteous and professional, as was the nice lady who did the scheduling and set up my appointment. All in all a very good company, and a great tech plummer I can call if anything else is needed.
