PORCELANOSA LOS ANGELES

I visited the showroom where they have beautiful tile. There was only one person on the floor and she was helping a customer on the phone while i was there. After picking a few tiles, I went home and decided to call to get more information. When I called, a man answered and based on the tile names I gave he, was was able to give me the price points. It would have been nice to talk to someone at the showroom.

From my initial meeting, to when the last tile was set, Manny was on top his job. He is extremely professional, and an excellent designer as he took my initial design concept, material choices and gave me suggestions for corresponding and complimentary tile choices. I wanted to make the bathroom feel light and airy, with a spa feel. After looking at the tiles in the Porcelanosa showroom, I chose the Glass Acido for the shower, Glass Blanco for the wainscoting, Talis Beige for the floor, and the Stone Crema for the shower floor, all with Manny's guidance. Working with a professional contractor, Manny was able to get me a discounted price on the tile, which was awesome! In addition to the tile I saw in the showroom, I was intrigued with the shower column displays that were there. Thinking that this would be way out of my price range, when I asked Manny about it, he informed me that they were having a sale on selected shower columns, and he sent me an email with photos and prices. Seeing that this would be an affordable luxury, I chose the Apol Inox Brillo. Unfortunately, this particular model was not stocked at the Anaheim warehouse location. But being the resourceful man that he is, Manny searched the other Porcelanosa locations around the country and in Spain, and located one in the Maryland warehouse. Because he did not have the authorization to sell it to me at a discount, he would have to contact the manager at that store to see if she would honor the pricing of the Anaheim store. Needless to say, I got the shower column.....AND AT A DISCOUNT! These are the reasons that Manny and Porcelanosa are awesome! Once all of my choices and quantities were confirmed, i gave Manny my credit card number and he processed the transaction and sent me a copy of the paid invoice via email. He also sent me an email when all of my items had arrived at the Anaheim warehouse so that my contractor could pick them up. He also explained to me that I could return any full boxes of materials (tiles) that I didn't use! Simply awesome! One final note, although Manny is outstanding at what he does, and in fact he is slated to be the manager of the new West Hollywood Porcelanosa store when it opens in the spring, he did have some help. Her name is Renee Wright. When Manny was on a day off, I would contact Renee with my questions and she gave me the same excellent service as Manny did. Keep in mind that although Manny gave me his mobile number to contact him when he wasn't in the office, I believe that everyone needs time away from work and did not call him. Upon cantacting Renee in Manny's absence, she was able to look up my invoices in their system, make any necessary changes, and keep the process going. I love to see great teamwork in action, and they definitely embody that at Porcelanosa. Not only do they have outstanding, high-quality products, but their people are high-quality also. From Manny and Renee in the showroom, to Christian at the warehouse, everyone is very professional and courteous which positively reflects upon Porcelanosa. For the price, quality and service, you can't beat Porcelanosa. In some cases the price of their tile is less than home depot, but the quality is much, much higher. Porcelanosa has no competition in my eyes and I will never buy tile from anywhere else again!

THE SALES LADY WAS COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE, AND HELPFUL. THE APPLIANCES WERE ALL TOP QUALITY AND THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT MAINLY DUE TO THE SALES LADY'S ATTITUDE.
