They're excellent. They show up when they're supposed to and they're clean and their prices are very reasonable. I trust them. They're just super. I've referred them to about 5 or 6 neighbors and they all use him. I have a new toilet upstairs, he was working on the one downstairs, he went up there and looked at it and he asked the parts for it. It's complete. It's good. I had other plumbers who stood me up but he doesn't do that. My neighbor's kitchen sink was dripping and he called a plumber and he said that would cost $600.00. She asked me if it was too much and I told her to call John-Son and he took care of it. I don't hesitate to recommend him. He's just an independent guy. He's very honest and very good. If I have a problem, I'm calling him.

Had a problem with a slow draining toilet that I had tried to auger myself with little success. Called John-Son the afternoon prior to my appt. They called me back first thing the next morning to arrange a specific time. Showed up exactly at that time. John-Son tried to auger the toilet as I had with the same results indicating that something was trapped in the neck of the toilet. They had to remove the toilet and sure enough found a pair of sunglasses that had lodged in the neck. Also replaced water supply valve, wax rings and hose. All work was done by a pleasant local plumber that was neat, tidy, and knew what he was doing. Price was sensible for the time and work required.

We found ourselves with a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday night before we were expecting company for a Sunday evening meal. We tried several of the ''big'' companies, but none of them were available to come out on a weekend on short notice. John-son Plumbing answered our call on a Saturday night and sent someone out on a Sunday morning at 9am AT NO EXTRA COST. We paid them the same that we had paid for a Tuesday afternoon visit! Great service, great price, great work. Highly recommended.

THIS COMPANY WAS USED PRIOR TO THIS, WHEN OUR HOUSE WAS TOTALLY REMODELED. THEY DID ALL NEW PLUMBING IN 3 BATHS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY RELIABLE, ALWAYS ON TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEYOND WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY ALWAYS TREAT US LIKE PREFERRED CUSTOMERS AND GIVE US A GOOD NEIGHBOR RATE DUE TO USING THEM SO MANY TIMES.
