+ -1 moreThe owner of this company, Caesar Ruiz, is out to make money in the cheapest way possible. He uses illegal immigrants to do his work, and they are not licensed or professional. I have multiple examples of why I am unhappy with the outcome of his work, but to provide a few examples: found many unpainted areas / areas were painted with one coat, not two / toilet was not done to code / flooring was not finished and owner was not responsive / fixtures not installed correctly (fell out of wall) / owner took vacation instead of making sure the job was wrapped up correctly. Beware of this guy. He is slimy.
