 + -1 moreThe repair did not cost me anything but time. Since he was honest I would highly recommend this place, and will bring in another item for repair.
Description of Work: The telescoping mechanism on my Kenmore vacuum cleaner was not locking in place. When I brought in the item he looked at it and told me it was not worth fixing because of his experience, the item will break again. Provided me with an option of purchasing a new one but again the telescoping can be fixed with duct tape (mutual idea).

 + -1 moreJohn was informative about possible problems and options when I brought in my vacuum cleaner. He called with an update on its needs and quickly repaired it. The cost was far less than I had expected. He even carried it back to my car for me. What a gentleman! Additionally, when I brought in my vacuum, he was working with a woman and her sewing machine. John was methodical in diagnosing the problem and made several suggestions. He was aware of how important it was to get the machine working properly so that she could finish her sewing project. Again, he carried machine out to her car. I won't hesitate to bring mine to him for its annual tune-up.
Description of Work: John diagnosed my ailing vacuum cleaner and repaired it expertly.
