hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThe floor came out really nice. We were pleased with the end result but it was because we had to do a lot of supervision with them and really deal with them to get the work done. The price was good for what they had to do. They had to do a lot of prep work. They did 2 tuning up days of floor grinding just to prepare the floor for the new wood. The overall project turned up beautiful. Without my wife overseeing the project, it wouldn't have turned out the same. What stood out about this company was the finished work and the products that they had available.
Description of Work: They put in a new hardwood floor throughout the first floor of the house.

 + 2 morePhenomenal service, excellent quality, superb customer service. Bassett was very helpful, worked with us on a professional basis on tile and baseboard selection. He came out the same day to confirm measurements and the entire job was done in less time than we thought it would take. The workmen were very respectful, worked very hard and provided craftsmen quality work. They are definitely a superb choice for floor and tile work.

Description of Work: They, including their contractors, cared nothing about protecting your existing property, such as, walls, floors in other than construction areas, nor about other original furnishings, both inside and out. No attempt at maintaining the condition it was in before starting construction or during the complete shower/vanity/remodel & 2 bedroom carpeting installation. They scratched our New stainless steel refrigerator, created a blanket of dust that covered every part of the interior, including one of our patios, which they also used (incl. upstairs hallway leading to bath/shower) to cut tiles for installing never ever cleaned any of it! Fortunately, I held the last payment (paying in stages as work phases were completed, and settled on the final cost after not being satisfied about quite a few incomplete parts of the rooms and carpeted stairs. I lost my confidence in their ability to give overall satisfactory completion of our project. Also only one person was used to both cut and install several hundred large 18" tiles for shower walls and floor plus the vanity floor. I would never, ever use these people again nor recommend them to anyone in my lifetime! It was the worst redo experience I have ever experienced!

He has helped us fine tune our decisions and choose right products for our budget. We went to many places to get quotes and estimates, but how we were treated at this place is unprecedented. One thing that we immediately saw was the precision of the estimates. Hayan's engineering background showed through very precise hand drawings that set him apart from all other places we visited. The company only hires workers who are top notch guys working with a laser like precision. The crew took such a diligence and pride in their work that it was pleasure going through this experience. This level of commitment and attention to detail, and respect towards our property, craftsmanship and our vision was unexpected and refreshing. For any, even smallest concern, Hayan would dedicate all the time we needed to ensure that we are 100% satisfied. If I had a company, I would want my customers to feel like I felt when working with Hayan and his crew.
Description of Work: - Removed old tiles and Installed premium limestone flooring for downstairs covering foyer, office, hall, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room. - Installed high end hardwood flooring in the downstairs living room - Removed all baseboards and replaced with 6 inch fancy baseboards - Remodeled 3 fireplaces - Bathroom 1 remodeled with white limestone. Removed old bath tub and Installed new high end glass shower enclosure. Installed new showers, faucets, new vanity/sink. Replaced toilets. - Bathroom 2 bathroom remodeled with travertine. Installed sliding glass shower enclosure. Installed new showers, faucets, marble top vanities, custom cabinet, new sink. - Master bathroom remodeled with travertine (floors and shower). Installed high end glass enclosure shower. Replaced 90 inch dual vanities with custom vanity and marble top, new sinks and premium faucets. Installed new premium faucets in the master bathroom tub, and polished the tub. New shower is the ceiling mounted rain shower and a hand shower. New toilet. - Room 3: vanity, sink and faucets replaced. Vanity is marble top, and new custom cabinet is installed. - Changed flooring into premium limestone
