DICK WESTRUP & ASSOCIATES

My washing machine drained through the bathroom drain, left open by a granite installer. The result was flooding of the bathroom and bedroom. The fabricator exclaimed, "This has NEVER happened before." and referred me to Westrup because "you must have a major blockage." All my drains were running free after I replaced the trap under the sink myself. My call to Westrup was returned by someone named Tony, who came out and without any inspection, pronounced that "The main drain is blocked." When I asked what he proposed to do to remedy that problem, he said, "I don't know how we're going to get to it." I told him to figure it out. He walked around reluctantly and then said he would have to go through the roof outlet. I sent him away and called my regular plumber, who told me the main drain was not blocked. If it was water would have backed up in the shower and toilets. A minor blockage had found the open drain pipe on its way to the street sewer. Tony was conning me.

I JUST THINK THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN OTHER COMPANIES WE HAVE USED. IT IS THE OWNER THAT COMES, AND HE IS VERY POLITE.

DICK, THE PLUMBER, ARRIVED CLOSE TO STATED TIME. DICK DOES EXCELLENT WORK IN A MINIMUM OF TIME. DICK ALWAYS CLEANS UP AFTER HE IS FINISHED. DICK WESTRUP AND ASSOCIATES PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
