 + -1 moreDavid has been helping us with home entertainment and computer issues for awhile now. He is always very quick to respond, and does a very thorough and efficient job for us. When I call, I give him my list of technology issues in layman's terms, and he comes to our house and solves them all. He has even helped me over the phone and stayed on the line with me until the problem was solved. David is very knowledgeable in his field and also very good at explaining things to those of us who aren't!
Description of Work: David has installed all of our home entertainment equipment (when we got a new cabinet), configured a wireless remote for various components, found solutions for our outdoor speaker issues, helped us with ongoing problems with our router, and provided assistance over the phone.
