Description of Work: I had a blockage in the guest room toilet and they cleared that and used the camera to make sure it was gone. I also had him check the other toilets.

+ -1 moreSome of the plumbers do not give an honest estimate. These are stand up guys. They were very honest with me and straight forward. They found the leak immediately and gave me a good price. They were great advisers. They advised me on a reputable restoration company. A nightmare situation went a lot more smoothly because of this company. I asked for extra cards so I could refer them to my friends.
Description of Work: They diagnosed a pin hole leak in my kitchen wall.

Description of Work: We had a hot water pipe leaking under our slab. Justin came out, diagnosed our problem and then came up with a creative solution that saved us huge dollars and mess vs. a repipe. He isolated and bypassed the leaking hot water pipe that extended through the length of the house slab and installed a tankless water heater in the back of our house. It was a great fix that helped us save money on gas and water costs! We have used Justin many times in the past and he has always provided excellent service.

+ -1 moreHe is always knowledgable and explains things in a concise manner. He is willing to work with you. I have never felt pressured into doing more than I want to do. He will let you know as he is doing things, that certain repairs can be done down the line. He is always very presentable. You can count on him to be there and if something happens you can count on him to call you. I have always come away very satisfied. The price is great, as well as the quality level of the work.
Description of Work: He unstopped the bath tub and snaked the drain. Prior, he has hooked up the water to my new washer and changed out the water faucets so the washer would fit better. He has done many repairs for me over the last 2 years.
