We had a wonderful experience with Rick and his crew. We did a major kitchen remodel and were up against a tight deadline since I was pregnant at the time and we needed everything done before the baby arrived. The guys were so kind and cleaned up after themselves every day, they even went above and beyond to make the construction area look nice for our baby shower. I will say if you haven’t done any projects since COVID you’re going to get sticker shock because of how costly things are nowadays. Rick’s price was in line with other quotes we got, but has multiple crews that he manages and was able to start the next week. Also, if you are doing any structural work you MUST go with Rick. We had to remove a load bearing wall to open up our floor plan and while they were in the attic, Rick spotted some previous work done that was not to code. They fixed that beam as well and now we feel so safe in this house. We are SO happy with the finished product! It’s our dream kitchen.

His workers did not understand the scope of work. I had to have them redo twodifferent things...the tile floor of the shower and placement of the vanity. The contractor didn't see the problem I had to insist it be done right (see photos). The contractor didn't know if there should be insulation in the ceiling or not and asked me if there was insulation there before. I didn't know because I didn't see the restoration company do the demo. So he didn't put in the insulation and now I can hear everytime my neighbor flushes her toilet. I don't think he installed tall enough shower doors because water splahes out. I didn't notice until after I paid him that he didn't finish off the wall behind my toilet so there is a big clean-out plug sticking out the wall. Trying to get him to come out and put a cover on it but he's not responding.

Communicative, respectful, good quality work, neat; cleaning up after themselves etc... Really nice people.

If I could give them a 10 I would. Theyre always on time, very informative, and I cant wait to use them on my next project!

Rick as a project leader has excellent communication skills. He was always available on the phone or via text and responded promptly. His team was VERY hard-working and very polite !!! I would highly recommend Rick and his team to anyone out there who is looking for a remodel.

Rick was very nice to work with. Always answered my phone calls. He was very patient about picking out materials out and with making change. He's very flexible, honest, and friendly. I would work with him again.
