Description of Work: Troubleshooted my toilet lines and system. Made sure you that they line were not clogged. Concluded that the system was functioning correctly, but the toilets the previous owner installed are cheap and not worth the porcelain used to make them. That is what my original gut feeling was but I wanted Coast Plumbing to validate my concerns, and Tim the plumber did. (Lucy was the dispatcher, Adrian took my initial call). All of them a class act. I can't say enough of about Coast Plumbing. They are awesome. And by the way they didn't charge me for the trouble shooting. I am purchasing two new toilets and will have them installed by them and no one else.

Description of Work: Replaced the main water line into my home. Eric and his assistant were professional, had all the equipment on their trucks, walked me through what they would need to do, worked out some issues with tying into some sprinklers lines that were unexpected, and did an excellent job. I also thought the charge was fair given the amount of work they performed. I'll be using them again!

Description of Work: Installed and checked plumbing under bathroom sink. I had already attempted repair so had the material and piping in place. Mainly had them review the job and perform inspection.

Description of Work: WE had a problem with a wobbly toilet. They came within a few hours of my call. The technician introduced himself and gave us an estimate of the cost to remove and reset the toilet. He promptly and professionally took care of the problem and was very helpful. We felt he did a good job and would use the service again.

Description of Work: I had 3 different leaks in my pipes. They fixed the first one and then found another one. Came back a couple of days later to repair the second one. A few days later another pipe was leaking. Jerry came over immediately and had the job done that day. Now I just have quite a bit of dry wall to replace and paint. They were extremely responsive.

Description of Work: Coast was called to fix a leaky pipe under our house. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself.

Description of Work: Our 50 gal. water heater was about 15 years old and was leaking water. Called a few plumbing companies and the price ranged from $1190-$1700. Called Coast plumbing, they came out for free and gave me an estimate of $1120. Jack came out the next day and replace our water heater, replaced the valve to a quarter turn valve, the gas line and put a pan under the heater for $1120. We are happy with the work and the price.

Description of Work: Removed plaster which had been mistakenly applied over the plumbing apparatus last summer. He then put in a new valve so water could get to the ice maker and filtration unit. Very quick.

Description of Work: I had a blocked drain that needed urgent attention. I called 4 potential providers from Angies list on Wednesday evening, Coast Plumbing were the first to call me Thursday and had the best available time slot. They came within the window stated, cleared up the problem immediately. I would not hesistate to recommend.

Description of Work: Condenser replacement on HVAC

Description of Work: We had a leak in a hot water pipe. It was really hard to get to, so we were concerned that a portion of the wall may have to be cut. But Coast plumbing managed to fix the problem without having to cut the wall. The guy really had to squeeze himself through the AC/Heater vent to get to the pipe. He was very honest and professional.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced old cast iron drain pipes and galvanized steel water pipes from entire 3 bdrm 2 ba 50+ yr. old rental property. Replaced with copper water pipes. Removed and replaced old cast iron tub in master bath. | |Their price did not include the patchwork of any opened plaster walls nor any new tile work around the new tub/shower area, but they did remove all the old tile around the old tub and removed debris at no extra charge. Fortunately my renter does this type of work and did it for me at a nominal charge. | |Another company from Angie's list was out of Los Angeles, but cover the Orange County area where our property is. They even give a "lifetime" guarantee whereas the company I chose did not and were a little less than Coast, but my renter's employer has used Coast many times and were quite satisfied with their workmanship and completion of work - so I chose them.

Description of Work: Replaced the Hot Water heater on the weekend. Jerry was an AWESOME Plumber and when it was over I asked about toilet replacement. He was honest about possible other charges depending on the system. At a minimum of $250 per toilet and then a price reduction with multiple. Need to call for estimate, as he said. They were very good and so was James the dispatcher, although I did call on Friday evening at 8 pm, and didn't hear from them until early Saturday morning early. I did have to go buy my own hot water heater that day to keep the price down low and have them service that day, otherwise they would be showing up on Sunday. It's a late Friday night thing and I understand. They were honest about it, and I went and purchased the unit which saved us hundreds of dollars compared to other companies like Chick's. They were a complete rip off as far as we're concerned. Loved Coast Plumbing and will use them again. 100% Happy..... :)

Description of Work: Eric R. came out on short notice on a Friday to replace a faulty installation. He was dressed in a crisp white uniform with a big smile. Also, because my pipes are old there was a very slight drip and he came that Monday to fix it free of charge. I recommend ERIC R. he is a 4star guy!
