They spent the whole day at my home working on the project and I have been very happy with the heater ever since.

They were efficient, took care of it, and it seemed like a reasonable cost for what I was having done. They were available for when I needed them and I was satisfied. They took care of the job for me.

Had an emergency problem with both toilets in our house backed up into shower and tub. Really yucky. Coast Plumbing answered the phone by the 2nd ring, took my info. & had a plumber to snake our drains and then used a camera so that we could see how our front yard tree roots were affecting our drain.Very Happy with response and resolution to our yucky plumbing problem!

It was almost 4PM on a Friday afternoon when my wife noticed the problem. Having just moved to Southern California I had no idea whom to call. We live in a mobile home park so I asked the park manager if he could recommend someone. He gave me a list of plumbers that other park members had used in the past. There were about 6 names on the list. Most of them said they were busy and couldn't come out. One a major advertiser said they could send someone out to give me a free estimate but couldn't give me a quote over the phone. I said ok to send him. It was then that I remembered Angie's list and called the nearest plumber to my home. They were courteous and said they would send someone out within the hour. By then it was starting to get dark outside. The big name advertising company showed up, gave me a song and dance story about snaking my toilet, and said they may have to t.v. the line if there is a major obstruction and then told me they could do the work for $375. He was still there when the man from Coast Plumbing arrived. He analyzed my problem and told me he would do the job for the quoted price of $75. The job took about 20 minutes and the plumber was incredulous at the quote the big name advertiser gave me. I guess they've got to pay for those ads somehow. I tell everyone in my park this story so they can get the same good service and price that I got. The plumber was honest with me saying his company was not the cheapest or the most expensive. I will call them first anytime I have a plumbing problem in the future.

The work was completed professionally and expeditiously, in appox. 30 minutes. The technician ran the snake from the house to the city sewer, removing large amounts of tree roots. He then made a followup complete run to assure cleanout. The work area was cleaned up after the job was completed.

They are good. They show up on time always and they do a good job. They are not cheap and the plumbers are always friendly.

The faucet became inoperable on Friday evening forcing me to turn off the water in the house (when it was on, the water sprayed uncontrollably under the sink). I called a few people on Friday night but no one could commit to coming out early on Saturday. I called Coast at 8am on Saturday and they said they would be out between 1o and 12, The company called me to let me know Mike was coming well within the window they gave me. He was competent and friendly. The job was a little more complex than he first thought but he fixed it and corrected another problem that he found while he was working on the faucet. Although I didnt get an estimate for the work, I thought the price was extremely fair. Everything was clean when he left. I will definitely use this company again.

I am very pleased and they didn't charge me for that service. I've used them before and they are a great company for plumbing repairs. One note: they do not do re-piping.

He was very conscientious and clean. He called ahead to confirm the appointment. He came on time. He came when we were not at home and though he tried hard, the problem was not solved. Our kitchen faucet was defective. We had it replaced but it still does not work properly. It is probably not his fault. The price is probably not the best but in view of all the other qualities, we would use them again.

They actual plumber did a great job on it. I was disappointed because he did it really quick, the price was high and they have a flat rate. I don t think that s really fair. We thought it was overpriced.

THESE 2 GUYS THAT SHOWED UP WERE CLEANLY DRESSED AND POLITE. TIM TORREZ WAS THE LEAD GUY AND HE WAS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID EXCELLENT CLEAN WORK AND LEFT NO MESS AND WERE QUICK!

THE WORK DONE ON THE WASHING MACHINE DRAIN WAS SATISFACTORY. I WAS, HOWEVER, DISAPPOINTED ON THE BATHROOM FAUCET. IT BEGAN LEAKING AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER. I WAS MOST DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS NOT GIVEN PRICING AND NO AMOUNT WAS PUT ON MY BILL. I FELT LIKE THE PLUMMER MAY BE POCKETING SOME MONEY FOR HIMSELF.
