Installed a fantastic recirc system so that our house always has warm water. No more wasted water before showers. Our house is big so this was a big deal. The system has been running for several years and is in excellent order. Really appreciate how detail oriented they were. Price was very reasonable.

Perfect. Brandon came out to check our hot water shortage and told us what the problem was. He didn't push getting a new water heater but said we needed one. When we told him we'd think about it, he went ahead and cleaned out some of the heater to give us more heat supply, no charge, and gave us a quote to install a new water heater, explaining the pros and cons of each type. We checked around and felt Brandon and his price was perfect for us and had our water heater installed within a week. This week we had an appraisal done on our rental and found out our water heater was not strapped. I called Brandon, told him the issue, and he scheduled us, within a day, to get out and do it. Job complete, great price and we couldn't be happier. Brandon will always be our family plumber and also services many residents in our city.

Brandon was recommended by a friend and one thing I noticed right away was his honest evaluation for our condition. I've been living in the house for 27 years and it was built in 1948 so we were nervous about hiring someone to help us fix up the place so we could rent it out. We were a prime target for a high bid contractor. Brandon explained everything that would need to be done so we would have a trouble free rental. Brandon has a very calm approach and very focused on what to do. He made sure all the materials and work was up to code in case we ever got inspected. After getting his estimate we got other quotes and he was the best deal. Maybe because he has his own family run company which is fully licensed and insured - thank God. So he told us the date when he would start which was important became we had a carpenter and electrician working at the same time. So he coordinated with them and showed up early and worked until late that day to make sure all the pieces were in place for the other two workers. He was there for 2 more days because we had some challenges which he didn't charge extra for. He was so courteous and worked with the other two very well.
